-IMPORTANT: This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Parties and events are strictly prohibited and will result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit.

Pets are welcome! You may bring your furry friend for a $150 fee + additional $50 for the third.

No smoking of any kind is allowed on our property. Marijuana is illegal in Indiana. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.

For your safety and security, we have equipped the home with motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras.

Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the home, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.

Please keep in mind the check-in and check-out times. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, feel free to reach out and confirm your request 48 hours before the date requested. That way, we can ensure that the cleaners have the time between guests to make the space spotless. There will be a $75 charge for each check-in/out adjustment.
