Please note that the unit has access to a Community Room that is shared by all the units in the building on a first-come, first-serve basis. Amenities include pool table, TV, and water station. There are washer/dryers too that guests can use for a fee.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, etc will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.

Quiet Hours are from 10pm-7am.

Smoking and vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes.

Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters

themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

Pets - All pets need to have been registered before your stay. If there is an unregistered pet, you will be assessed a $500 fee and a penalty of $50 per day until it is remedied.

Parking

If using the parking lot, you can park at any of the 8 spots in the lot behind the building, (includes a handicap spot). Additionally, you can park in any of the 1-10 numbered spots in the lot to the East of the building.

You must display your parking pass when you park. One pass per group. Unregistered vehicles are towed nightly.

*Please note that We only provide 1 parking pass. Additional parking pass would be $75 each.

If you make a mess beyond “normal” usage, we ask that you please tidy up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in extreme disarray. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property
