Welcome to lovely Pine Bush Manor! Our home boasts 8 spacious bedrooms between a main house and converted pool house, 4 baths, and three streams in the backyard on over six acres of land! We can sleep up to 16 guests, making our place the ideal launch pad for families. Our home will be the place to make great memories with family and friends, we look forward to hosting you and your group! We are located 20 miles from newly opened Legoland!

-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)

-There are 2 homes on property the main house (yours) and pool house (another listing). At any time both homes can be occupied. Both homes share amenities.

-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours strictly observed (Quiet hours start at 10:30 pm.)

-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have exterior security cameras

-Parking:

Main House: Accommodates 6 parking spots. Please park in front of both garages and in circular driveway.

Pool House: Accommodates 2 parking spots. Please park on left side of home by walkway .

-Lastly, Please keep in mind the check-in and check-out times. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, feel free to reach out and confirm your request 48 hours before the date requested. That way, we can ensure that the cleaners have the time between guests to make the space spotless. There will be a $75 charge for each check-in/out adjustment.

Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.

There are 2 homes on property: the main house and pool house. At any time both homes can be occupied. Both homes share amenities.

In addition, this house is located in the country with a water well system. We ask that our guests conserve water or the well water will run out and potentially cause damage to the well.

We ask our guests to observe the quiet hours of 10:30 pm - 8 AM as per county rules.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.
