Welcome to lovely Pine Bush Manor! This is a converted two-bedroom pool house with a semi-private swimming pool and three streams in the backyard on over six acres of land! The pool (currently unavailable) and amenities are shared with a 6BR Airbnb front house. We are located 20 miles from the newly opened Legoland!!

The the pool and indoor fireplace is currently unavailable.

* The upstairs bathroom in the pool house is an ensuite.

-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours strictly observed (Quiet hours start at 10:30 pm.)

-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have exterior security cameras

Parking:

Please park on side of the house. You have 2 spots to park in on side of the house you can use. As well as you will see POOL House in the back if you park there. You can use the sidewalk to get to POOL House/Back House.

-Lastly, please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.

Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.

In addition, this house is located in the country with a water well system. We ask that our guests conserve water or the well water will run out and potentially cause damage to the well.

If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.

We ask our guests to observe the quiet hours of 10:30 pm - 8 AM as per county rules.
