Stardust Ranch is dog friendly.

**Pets are welcome for a $150 fee for the first 2 pets. There's a $50 charge every additional pet after.

**You are very welcome to bring your service dog free of charge. Guests are required to clean up after their pets, otherwise, additional cleaning fees will be charged.

IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB:

Fun fact: Our tub is a Cedar Hot Tub - all cedar hot tubs release tannins into the water. This is the same process that gives whiskey its color. When the hot tubs are filled with water, the cedar slowly releases tannins. The water will appear brown but is in no way harmful and in fact is very aromatic. A cup of tea is a great example of tannins in action. When a tea bag is submerged in water, tannins are released from tea leaves turning the water brown. The more you use the same tea bag, the lighter and clearer the water becomes.

The natural oils in cedar release a beautiful aroma when warmed by the steamy water. This is something other types of spa just can't provide. In our opinion, the earthy wood scent is a huge part of the experience of relaxing in a wooden hot tub; the natural aromatherapy can help you relax just as much as soaking away in the warm water.

******To maintain a clean and pleasant spa environment, we kindly ask you to rinse off lotions or oils before using our facilities. Additionally, please help us keep the spas tidy by disposing of trash properly. Please note that an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.
