Welcome! Our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located by California's Joshua Tree, which is best known for its stunning scenery and fascinating desert landscape. With room for up to 10 guests, our home boasts brand new bedding, brand new furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, an incredible back yard. Sit outside and enjoy the lush scenery, and don’t forget to bring your camera--the sunsets here are breathtaking!!

Our bright and airy space mirrors the beauty of the surrounding desert. This 3-bedroom, 2 bath house works well for friends, couples, and families who want to experience all that Joshua Tree has to offer. We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

The spacious living room is large enough to gather everyone to play board games or to relax and watch a movie on our 65’’ smart TV that comes with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.

Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night.

Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer our guests to avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.

House Rules:

— Please be respectful of our home and of the neighbors - this is a quiet community, and as such we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities and upon a 2nd noise complaint you will be evicted.

- Please keep in mind the check-in and check-out times. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, feel free to reach out and confirm your request 48 hours before the date requested. That way, we can ensure that the cleaners have the time between guests to make the space spotless. There will be a $75 charge for each check-in/out adjustment.

— No smoking at all inside or outside, please. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged $300.00. Smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the next guests so this is a very important rule to follow- thank you in advance for your compliance!

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.

— If you make a mess, we ask that you please clean it up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in disarray.

—Pet fee - You can bring your pet but must be authorize first for $150 and $50 per additional pet

—Trash pick up is every Friday kindly leave the bins outside the night before if you happen to be staying during the schedule :)
