Our bright and airy space mirrors the beauty of the surrounding desert. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath house works well for friends, couples, and families who want to experience all that Joshua Tree has to offer. We can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. Please note that one of the bathrooms is located outside in a separate building..

The property features a pool (floaties not included), outdoor kitchen (refrigerator, cooler, faucet, etc.), BBQ, outdoor lounge chairs, and propane fire pit, to maximize your outdoor fun all year round. Our open-concept home features big windows designed for you to enjoy the desert terrain from the indoors.

Our living room and the primary bedroom have Smart TVs that comes with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Youtube TV! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. If you prefer hands-on entertainment, we have a new pool table and an arcade game console, perfect for challenging your friends and family!

Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night.

In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***

Please note that the pool and spa cannot be used during quiet hours starting at 10pm.

We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.

No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.

Pets are welcome for a $150 fee for the first 2 pets. There's a $50 charge for every additional pet after.

Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.
