Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival. Approval is subject to availability and may incur a $75 fee. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $100 charge.

Pets

Only licensed service animals are allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine and may result in immediate eviction.

No Smoking

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any odor or evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine to cover deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

No Parties or Events

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM and are strictly enforced.

Noise levels are monitored by a NoiseAware decibel sensor located in the common area to ensure community standards are maintained.

Evidence of a party (e.g., video footage, excessive trash, noise complaints) will result in a $500 fine, possible legal action, and immediate eviction without refund, in addition to any costs for extra cleaning or damage.

Damages or Missing Items

Guests are responsible for any willful or negligent damage or loss to the property, furnishings, linens, towels, décor, or landscaping. Charges will include replacement costs plus up to a $250 fine.

Towels & Linens

Please keep all towels and linens in good condition. Do not use them for makeup removal or cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains will be considered negligent damage. Do not wash comforters or duvet covers—improper cleaning may damage both the items and the machine.

General House Rules

Violations of any house rules—including exceeding the guest count listed on the reservation, unauthorized parking, use of illegal substances, or misuse of the property—may result in fines of up to $1,000 and/or eviction.
