Good location close to the strip but the kids were disappointed that the main pool attraction was closed, which was one reason we booked here so it was too bad this was not made clear in the posting. Beds were plentiful and comfy and sheets were clean although only bottom sheets supplied for all beds other than the king. Rugs and couches were stained. Dishes in kitchenette not clean, coffee maker broken and no tea/coffee available. Shower was good but Jacuzzi tub not working, another disappointment for the kids. TV remote also not working. Overall the place was adequate, but had all the amenities been functioning we would have been more comfortable and satisfied.

Great place to stay if you're looking somewhere on the strip! Not too far from places and can be walkable to the strip like the Cosmopolitan. Also it's very private. However, note that it's late check-in (4pm) and earlier checkout (10am).

Diana was a great hostess, really saved us when the other AirBnB cancelled on us 2 days before our trip. We loved the location, I have been going to Vegas since I was a child and this was one of my favorites. The view of the pool party was so fun. There are a few pool areas and a huge lazy river. The carpet and the sofa bed needs to be replaced, they are heavily stained. The bed was very comfortable. The towels came from the pool and if we needed more we were advised to get them from the pool. The jacuzzi tub jets need a good cleaning. Once again I loved the location and the walkway to the casino. I really loved how secure the property felt, I would recommend this place if you can overlook the stains. Thank you Diana, you are a perfect hostess!
