For less than the cost of staying at MGM Grand, everyone can have their own bed as opposed to sharing 2 queens. Getting to the strip requires about a 0.6 mile walk which isn't too bad. It' was nice being able to use MGM pools. I just with there was non-valet parking. Bring some cash for tips to avoid feeling bad every time you want to use your car.

Listing was as shown. Good for large groups. One of the rooms was having AC issues, but was tolerable.

After booking the location, I was sent a link to view about check in and other helpful information. I clicked the link and it did not work. I was concerned that this whole thing was a scam at that point because this is through a third party. Well it turns out that it was not a scam at all and do not be afraid to rent this place out. It is in a good location. It is connected to MGM grand and the monorail is within 5-10 minute walk inside. It’s quiet, check in was easy, and was everything as describe. You’ll forget that you’re actually in an Airbnb because the set up is pretty much a hotel. Diana responds very quickly and responsive. Easy to deal with. We only had one issue on our last night stay. Valet was closed for the night because of New Years and limited space. Not the hosts fault. The hotel gave us a voucher to park at MGM. Overall this is a good spot. It’s close to the strip but still requires a lot of walking. Uber/Lyft are very accessible at the front.
