We mentioned the leaky shower which made it hard to sleep and asked if it could be repaired during our stay. We were told it could not. I was an apartment manager and remodeled bathrooms, so when I saw the condition of the mildew-covered shower, leaky shower faucet, stained carpet, I could tell that these were signs of months of neglect. That doesn’t happen in a week. The towels in the room were all stained pool towels that hadn’t been washed. The mattress covers and duvet cover also had stains that would be easily removed with water. The carpet stains were old and were from something spilled that just needed a scrub. There is dirt from use on the edges of the door, in the edges of the shower door, floor, etc., that should be regularly cleaned. Not enough bedding for all the beds. One blanket was a tiny throw that would not cover any of my kids. $500 fine to move furniture, can’t access 2 of the beds without moving furniture, no response when I asked about it twice?

Missing any kitchen materials for cooking in the kitchen. She took forever to respond when we had a fully clogged sink and poorly working toilet. Garbage disposal doesn’t work. Sink was clogged for almost 3 full days out of 4.

It is a beautiful place in a very nice location with lots of things to do very close. The cost was a little much for the size and it said accommodation for 5 but I think 4 would be more fitting. We did really enjoy the stay and the host was super responsive and nice.
