Welcome to our unique desert retreat, where two distinct homes offer an unforgettable Joshua Tree experience.

--Main Home (4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths)--

Enter our spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath house accommodating up to 11 guests. Designed with an open-concept layout and big windows, this home brings the desert terrain indoors. The property features a pool (floaties not included), outdoor kitchen, BBQ, lounge chairs, and a propane fire pit for year-round outdoor fun. Inside, enjoy Smart TVs, a pool table, and an arcade game console. Each bedroom offers high-quality mattresses and brand-new bedding. The fully-stocked kitchen and the washer and dryer provide all the comforts of home. Please note, there's an additional fee for pool heating. We're pet-friendly here too, with a fee of $150 for the first 2 pets and $50 for each additional.

Adjacent is our 2nd house. Step into our bright and airy 2-bedroom, 1-bath house that accommodates up to 5 guests. Perfect for friends, couples, or families, this cozy haven mirrors the beauty of the surrounding desert. Enjoy a large living room with a smart TV featuring Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix. The fully-equipped kitchen invites you to cook up a storm, and the outdoor space boasts a hot tub, BBQ, and ample seating for year-round outdoor enjoyment. Sleep in cool comfort on high-quality mattresses in the Queen-sized bedrooms. Essentials like a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo are provided for your convenience.

** Pool Heating **

Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The cost of heating is mentioned below depending on the months of the year. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay.

While you’re staying here, this home is your private oasis. We use a keyless entry system, so you can come any time after check-in and enter using your unique access code.

In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***

Please note that the pool and spa cannot be used during quiet hours starting at 10pm.

We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.

Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.

No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.

Pets are welcome for a $150 fee for the first 2 pets. There's a $50 charge for every additional pet after.

Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.
