Our bright and airy space boasts mirrors the beauty of the surrounding desert. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath house works well for friends, couples, and families who want to experience all that Joshua Tree has to offer. We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. We hope this space can be a retreat away from home!!

The property boasts nearly half an acre of outdoor entertainment space! There's a swimming pool, outdoor propane fire pit, a BBQ, Cornhole, and most importantly, a spacious backyard to maximize your outdoor fun all year round. Our outdoor game room equipped with a brand new pool table and seating area accommodates a fun and competitive vacation experience!

Our living room and primary bedroom also have smart TVs. All of our TVs come with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix and Youtube TV! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. For those who want a break from technology, we have an area dedicated for practicing yoga and cleansing the mind.

Equipped with all the details and amenities of home, you can unwind in a peaceful environment close to everything you need. Our bedrooms have high-quality mattresses and fresh linens so you can get an amazing night’s sleep!

Visitors from all over the world come to Joshua Tree National Park to see its stunning landscapes and hike and climb through its many trails. Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community, a short drive from the Park. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such guests are required to avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.

Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available throughout the city.

***Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***

Please keep in mind the check-in and check-out times. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, feel free to reach out and confirm your request 48 hours before the date requested. That way, we can ensure that the cleaners have the time between guests to make the space spotless. There will be a $75 charge for each check-in/out adjustment.

We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.

No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.

Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.
