With room for up to 10 guests, our home boasts brand new bedding, brand new furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, a hot tub, and private pool, and more. Sit outside and enjoy the lush scenery, and don’t forget to bring your camera--the sunsets here are breathtaking!

** Pool Heating **

Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The cost of heating is mentioned below depending on the months of the year. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay.

This is a quiet community and as such guests are required to avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups.

House Rules:

— Please be respectful of our home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community, and as such we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities and upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be evicted.

- Please keep in mind the check-in and check-out times. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, feel free to reach out and confirm your request 48 hours before the date requested. That way, we can ensure that the cleaners have the time between guests to make the space spotless. There will be a $75 charge for each check-in/out adjustment.

—We service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.

— No smoking is allowed inside or outside. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged $300.00 or more. Smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the next guests so this is a very important rule to follow.

— If you make a mess, we ask that you please clean it up. An extra cleaning fee will be imposed if the house is left in disarray..

— Pet fee - We welcome dogs at our place. There is a pet fee of $150 and an additional $50 for the 3rd dog.

— Firewood is not provided but you may purchase it for your own consumption. Please check with local rules & regulations regarding the legality & safety of fires during dry seasons and if a permit is required. Thank you.
