A beautiful, newly refurbished with completely new design furniture, bright, spacious apartment with a nice living room, a separate kitchen and dining room, two beds in the upper part, in a very central and safe area. The apartment is designed as a duplex – there are two beds on the mezzanine floor as you can see on the pictures. It has big French-windows and creates a unique sense of French style apartments.

SPACE DESCRIPTION

The apartment sleeps very comfortably 4 persons in two separate queen size beds located in the upper part of the apartment. The upper part of the apartment (the mezzanine) is 1.40m high and you cannot stay standing. living room has also a convertible sofa bed but it is rarely used as there is enough sleeping space upstairs. The living room and the dining room with kitchenette have each a big window and the apartment is very bright.

Equipment includes:

- free high speed internet/wi-fi,

- hairdryer,

- kettle, toaster, coffee press,

- stove top, washing machine, refrigerator with a freezer section

- iron & ironing board

- linens and towels are provided - they can be changed weekly for long stays

Living room:

The living room is very nicely decorated with design furniture and a convertible sofa bed.

Dining room/Kitchen

The dining room is spacious and nicely decorated. It has a kitchen area which provides all the necessary comfort to help you cook your homemade French meals.

Bed area:

The bed area is located in the upper part of the living room, the mezzanine. There are two separate queen side beds are in the upper part. The beds are located in the upper part - its height is 1.40m and you cannot stay standing.

Bathroom:

The bathroom is comfortable and very clean.

2nd floor

The apartment is located at the 2nd floor and the building has an elevator (small).

PERFECT PLACE TO DISCOVER PARIS BY FOOT

The apartment is located at the very center of Paris, in the Opera area. It is an ideal base to discover Paris by foot at any time of the year.

It is very easy to access from the airport Charles de Gaulle with a direct bus (Roissybus)

2 min from Opera and Galleries Lafayette & department store Printemps

15 min walking distance from Louvre, Tuileries and Place Vendome.

15 min by metro to get anywhere in Paris.

Easy access to trains going to Versailles or Disneyland Paris

IDEAL FOR SHOPPING as it is located next to the two biggest shopping malls of Paris, i.e. Galleries Lafayette and store Printemps.

Big and very nice movie theatres are located 5 min walking distance from the apartment.

There are lots of restaurants around, a few very nice ones are on the same street where the apartment is. This makes the overall experience very convenient and very Parisian.

The apartment is located just a few meters from Opera and Galleries Lafayette. It is an extremely central location which is perfect to discover Paris by foot. It is just a 15 min walk to the museum Louvre and you can reach any other touristic place with a 10 min metro drive.

You can walk to almost every touristic location by foot. There are two major metro stations a few meters away and you can reach everything with a 10 min metro drive with a direct line.
