Welcome to lovely Pine Bush Manor! Our home boasts 6 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths, a swimming pool, and three streams in the backyard on over six acres of land! We can sleep up to 14 guests, making our place the ideal launch pad for families. Our home will be the place to make great memories with family and friends, we look forward to hosting you and your group! We are located 20 miles from newly opened Legoland!

** DETAILS TO NOTE **

-House runs on a well water system. Please be mindful about conserving water.

-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)

-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours strictly observed (Quiet hours start at 10:30 pm.)

-For your safety and security reasons majority our homes have exterior security cameras

-Parking:

Main House: Accommodates 6 parking spots. Please park in front of both garages and in circular driveway.

-Lastly, please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.

-This house is located in the country with a water well system. We ask that our guests conserve water or the well water will run out and potentially cause damage to the well.

- Please note fire pit is available however you need to bring or buy your own firewood that is enough for your use.

If you will use the fire pit, the height of the firewood should not exceed halfway.

There are 2 homes on property: the main house and separate pool house. At any time both homes can be occupied. Both homes share outdoor amenities.

We ask our guests to observe the quiet hours of 10:30 pm - 8 AM as per county rules.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.
