A luxurious, beautiful, bright, very spacious apartment (70m2 / 700 sq.feet) with a big living room, a separate bedroom, a small kitchen and a balcony, in a very central and safe area. The apartment has high ceilings, ancient mirrors and moldings, big French-windows and creates a unique sense of French old style apartments for nobles. The apartment is newly renovated and the building itself was renovated in 2012.

SPACE DESCRIPTION

The apartment sleeps very comfortably 2 persons in the bedroom (queen size bed) and the living room has a convertible mattress.

The living room and the bed room have each two big windows and the apartment is very bright.

Equipment includes:

- free high speed internet/wi-fi,

- hairdryer,

- kettle, toaster, coffee & nespresso machine,

- stove top & microwave oven, washing & drying machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer section

- iron & ironing board

- linen and towels are provided - they can be changed weekly for long stays

Living room /Kitchen:

The living room is very spacious (45m2 / 450 sq. feet) and is nicely decorated with Chesterfield sofas and design furniture. A small and separated kitchen provides all the necessary comfort to help you cook your homemade French meals.

Bedroom:

The bedroom is spacious (18m2 / 180 sq. feet ) and nicely decorated.

Bathroom:

The bathroom has been recently renovated and has a large ancient-style sink and a bathtub.

The apartment is located at the 2nd floor and the building has a small elevator.

PERFECT PLACE TO DISCOVER PARIS BY FOOT

The apartment is located at the very center of Paris, in the Opera area. It is an ideal base to discover Paris by foot at any time of the year.

It is very easy to access from the airport Charles de Gaulle with a direct bus (Roissybus) or with the train (RER)

Just around the corner: Galleries Lafayette, department store Printemps, Opera

10 min walking distance to Opera, Louvre, Tuileries and Place Vendome.

20 min walking distance to Champs-Elysees

10 min by metro to get anywhere in Paris.

Easy access to trains going to Versailles or Disney Land Paris

IDEAL FOR SHOPPING as it is located next to the two biggest shopping malls of Paris, i.e. Galleries Lafayette and Printemps.

Big and nice movie theatres are located 5 min walking distance from the apartment.

The apartment is next to Opera - Galeries Lafayette. This is a very central location from where you can reach major touristic places by foot as the Opera, the Louvre and Champs Elysees.

NO CHILDREN UNDER 8 are allowed as there is a psychotherapist next door and children are a bit noisy in day time.
