Relaxing 5BR Villa Playcar! Infinity Pool!! A/C!!

Welcome to Castillo Blanco, a beautiful villa just steps from the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The Villa is located in Playacar Phase 1, the Beverly Hills of Playa del Carmen and is less than one block away from Playa's nicest beaches. The Villa is large, with plenty of common space, large outdoor areas and a huge bedrooms. It has solar panels, an infinity pool so all you have to do is come enjoy this amazing colour accented villa, as it's sure to impress.

The space

Castillo Blanco, or the White Castle, is a 5 bedroom villa with a Mediterranean feel and unbeatable location in Playa del Carmen's Fase 1 development. From the moment you pull up to the villa, the first thing you'll notice is how close it is located to the beach. Literally a 2 minute walk through a historic archaeological site and you'll find yourself on the nicest beach that Playa del Carmen has to offer. Feel like a stroll down historic 5th Avenue? It is just a 3 minute walk away!! This is where you'll find all of the shops, restaurants and bars in ready for your enjoyment.

This brand new villa has a great mix of modern touches and mediterranean flair. The double blue wooded doors will greet your entry into the villa and will surely make you smile! Once inside, you enjoy hand selected art many of which are original posters from "Carnival".

The main living space has a large living room with TV and opens into the kitchen and dining space. The oversized kitchen has tons of cupboards and a large island. The handmade wooded dining table will be a great place to enjoy a nice meal after a long day at the beach. You will find everything you need to cook to your hearts content including all major appliances, pots, dishes, etc.

On the main floor, you'll find the master bedroom which has a king bed, tasteful decor, walk-in closet with safe and full bathroom. This will act as your oasis and a space for you to relax, take a nap or watch tv.

The main floor also has another small bedroom with bunk beds. Although it does not have an attached bathroom, it is a comfortable space for larger groups.

On the main floor, there is also a half bathroom and full laundry room for your to use.

Head up to the second floor and to two other bedrooms. the first has 2 double beds, a small balcony with two chairs and a small table, a walk-in closet with safe, a tv and full bathroom. The other bedroom has wonderful barn doors and a large space with 2 queen beds. Guests using this bedroom can use the outdoor bathroom just down the hall. This will also double as the bathroom and shower for the pool area. It will certainly be a space you will spend a lot of time. Built in seating, a small wooden deck and a wonderful 3 sided infinity pool! From this space, it would be common to see any of the animals that freely wonder this parklike part of Playa.

To finish off this floor, there is also a small kitchenette with wet bar, coffee maker, blender as well as cups and glasses for your enjoyment.

Go up one more floor to find the last of the bedrooms with a king bed, TV, small balcony with table and chairs, a walk-in closet with safe, and full bathroom.

From this floor, you can also access the outdoor lounging space, a great place to soak up the sun in the comfort of your home.

This villa has amazing common spaces and lots of room for your and your group. With a great location and all the amenities, you will never want to leave!

Interaction with guests

You will be provided all of the information you'll need to easily check into the villa. Our staff will be on hand 24 hours a day should you need anything to make your vacation perfect.

Other things to note

***Because many people ask***:
1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.

2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.

3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.

4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.

5. ***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Any consumption will be charged at a rate of 4 pesos (about 20 US$ cents) per kWh, according to the meter readings at your check-in and check-out. Turning off the air conditioners when out enjoying Playa is usually enough to stay within a very reasonable and cheap consumption.***
