This 1 bedroom loft is very spacious, and versatile being the ideal place for a couple or a family with up to 4 children, or even two couples that don't mind sharing! It has all the modern amenities you have been looking for including a gym, pool, palapa area, 2 jacuzzi tubs and large lounging area.

The space

Our 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft located in the South of Playa del Carmen has everything you need for your getaway! You’re just a short drive or taxi ride away from the beach, dining and the historic shopping district! You're also close to the south edge of Playa with quick access to Akumal, Tulum or Coba, where more adventures and ruins awaits you.

From the moment you walk through the door, you will be impressed by the how big and bright the unit feels. The loft style condo has a large living room, dining area that is open to the second level. The entire back of the condo is floor to ceiling windows! A small balcony finishes off the space well and a great place for morning coffee. The living area has two futons and a large built in shelving unit with large TV. Just off the living room is the full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The kitchen with granite sit-up bar is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine as someone cooks up a meal after a day in the sun. You'll have everything you need including all major appliances.

Head upstairs where you'll find the large loft bedroom. Complete with sitting area, queen bed and large full bathroom, you may never want to leave. You'll also have a good view of the common space below as well as the pool area. Brought tons of clothes? Don't worry, with two large closets, you certainly won't run out of room.

Although the condo has a great feel to it, the common spaces are to die for. The rooftop has 2 jacuzzi tubs, a gym and great lounging areas. This will be where you spend a lot of your time. Bring up your cooler and soak in the sun!!! If you prefer pool time, head down the ground floor where you'll find the large pool and additional lounging spaces complete with palapa and gas grill.

The building itself has a 24 hour front desk security, underground parking and wifi throughout. Head across the street to Centro Maya mall for groceries, a bite to eat or clothes shopping. This is also a good place to catch a taxi to take you to the beach!

Soak up the sun, enjoy great food and experience all that Playa has to offer in style and comfort. We have everything you need for a good trip and unforgettable memories.

You will receive an email shortly after booking on how to check-in, including Wi-Fi and all other pertinent details.

To respect your privacy we will not bother you after check-in unless you need us. Feel free to reach out to us at anytime if you have any questions.

Other things to note

***Across the street from this condo there is a Shopping Mall which includes Centro Maya, City Club, Starbucks and many other shops. It might become busy especially during weekends, however the loft is placed at the back of the building, so it will not be noisy.***


***Because many people ask***:
1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.

2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.

3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.

4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.

5. ***IMPORTANT NOTE
Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Any consumption will be charged at a rate of 4 pesos (about 20 US$ cents) per kWh, according to the meter readings at your check-in and check-out. Upon check-in you will be asked for a 30 USD deposit, paid in cash, or we will later on after your check-out, send for a money request on Airbnb. Turning off the air conditioners when out enjoying Playa is usually enough to stay within a very reasonable and cheap consumption.***
