Modern and bright 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen apartment situated on the ground level of this modern development in Marylebone.

The space

The property comprises an open plan living room with kitchen, one master double bedroom with and second double bedroom and two bathrooms. Further benefits include wood floors, 24 hour security and quiet aspect throughout.

Guests have two double bedrooms with modern furnishings including storage space. The kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator for you to keep your grocery shopping in, an oven, stove top, and all necessary cooking utensils. We also welcome our guests to use the washing machine and separate dryer if they wish to use so.

House Rules

- Important Notes:
- Quiet hours are after 8 pm. Please, no noise.
- I wish to provide 24/7 check-ins. In order to do that I apply a £50 charge for arrival after 7:00 p.m.
- For safety reasons and due to past party problems with previous guests I require a photocopy of government-issued ID on the check-in; It is used only in the event of damages or party problems when I need to involve local authorities. All photocopies are deleted after check-out.
- Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items.
For example cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost.
- The internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to £200

The most location for london trip

Prime location and rare find in Baker Street. So convenient to travel around... central to everywhere. Nice cafe and brunch restaurant nearby. In the room, the owner prepared lots of towel, shampoo conditioner and all amenities. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit London.

We would highly recommend this apartment, value for money definitely. The location was very much central London, right next to Madam Tussauds. It was exactly as advertised, very spacious and comfortable setting. The apartment was super clean along with all listed amenities being provided for. Diana, the host was very hospitable and responded quickly to our requests. She kindly accomodated our request for an early check-in and two sets of keys to access the house. The check-in was real smooth, Diana had her friend assist us and give us a walkthrough of the apartment. Will definitely stay at this apartment whenever we visit London again.

We've spent a really nice stay in Alexander's appartment. The location is perfect and the appartment is really beautiful, clean and quiet ! The communication with Alexander is very nice and simple. I recommend this place to everyone.

Private entrance, very safe and secure. Perfect location, not too crowded and right next to baker street train station. Host responded quickly to any questions that arose.

Great central location. Very close to Baker Street tube station that is very well connected to different lines. However, really need to work on the choppy WiFi, it was very hard to keep connected.

The flat is perfectly located 2 minutes away from the Backer Street station then 15 minutes from most of the interesting points. Alexander is a very reactive host who answers within minutes to any questions. Even if we never met him everything was perfectly organised. Only one point was a little bit disturbing. The rooms are behind showcases directly to the street then not possible to open the curtains if you don’t want everybody to look at you from outside and it’s noisy in the morning. But the rest was perfect. Thanks Alexander.

Were comfortable place. Very clean and tidy and warm. Great location next to Regents Park and Marylebone. Kitchen and in-house dining is not convenient as there are a few things missing in the kitchen and no good seating. But if that is not your thing then this is a really nice property.

Location was great since Baker Street Station was a walk away which makes it easy to travel around! The Bathroom was great as well & for us the water pipe was a bonus! The bed was comfortable & the kitchenette was fully equipped as well! overall our stay here was very comfortable & way better than expected! Host was responsive?!

We had wonderful stay here! Perfect for small families and couples wanting to adventure in and out, with easy access to Regent’s Park, Baker tube stop, and the Marylebone area. Communication with the host was very quick and easy making our visit very enjoyable.

We, recently, had an amazing trip to London. Part of our amazing trip was our host, Alexander, and the incredibly convenient location of his flat. We enjoyed morning runs through Regents Park to the top of Primrose Hill. Walking distance to the famous Abbey Road crosswalk, ideally located for underground transportation (the tube), great restaurants and bars in the Marylebone High Street area. We felt safe and welcome during our entire trip!!

Location: 5/5. Furniture and kitchen equipment: 5/5. Bathrooms: 5/5. Cleaning: 5/5. Treatment of the host and staff of the building: 5/5. Furniture beds: 2/5 (bad quality pillows and mattresses, back pains and difficulty to rest and sleep for all the guests). Furniture curtains living room and rooms: 2/5 (broken in the living room and light enters in all the rooms, difficulty to rest and sleep). The mentioned problems are of easy and fast solution, I hope that the comments could be for great help. I confirm: the location is Better Impossible and also the host. Best regards,
