This is the crown jewel of this intimate collection of condos on the doorstep of the Carribean Sea. The corner penthouse with breathtaking panoramic views of the turquoise waters.

From the moment you walk through the front door, you'll notice that this condo has been designed to take advantage of the beautiful views. Your eyes will immediately be drawn to the floor to ceiling, patio doors that open wide to let in the wonderful ocean breeze. The living space is comfortable with higher end art pieces, a large 75 inch smart TV and a sofa bed for extra space. This space is open to the quaint kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is simple but will have all that you need should you want to cook up a great meal weather it be fresh caught fish, a great pasta or to prepare some tasty appetizers to enjoy.

Both bedrooms are located on the main floor with the master having the most amazing view. The floor to ceiling windows let in tons of natural light and have an expansive ocean view. Here, you'll also find your ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, large closets with in-room safe. The decorative pieces have been hand selected by an expert designer to add a touch of flair with a luxurious feel.

The second bedroom is equally impressive having large windows and a private balcony with stunning ocean views. The bathroom is located a few steps away and doubles as a guest bathroom with walk-in shower. The bathroom has been upgraded with stone walls and countertops.

All windows throughout the condo have been adorned with high quality curtains to give you some privacy while keeping a rich feel. Each bedroom has an iPhone docking station as well as another charging station in the kitchen. You'll also find bluetooth/LED globe speakers throughout the unit that you can enjoy during your stay.

Now prepare to have you mind blown...Head up to the private terrace where you'll have trouble keeping your mouth closed! The oversized terrace boasts a raised infinity pool and lounging space, the perfect place to spend warm days enjoying the breathtaking views and ocean breezes. There is also a patio table, counter prep area with sink, outdoor shower and half-bathroom.

The pictures definitely don't do this unit justice! You'll be sure to be impressed by the expansive views and detail put into this unit to create a quiet luxurious experience ready for you to enjoy.

Other things to note

***Across the street from this condo there is another building under construction. Some construction activities could be noisy, however all works will stop after 06:00 pm and during weekends***

Because many people ask:
1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.

2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.

3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.

4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.

5. Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Any consumption will be charged at a rate of 4 pesos (about 20 US$ cents) per kWh, according to the meter readings at your check-in and check-out. Upon check-in, you will be asked for a 50 USD deposit, paid in cash, or after your check-out, a money request will be sent via Airbnb. Turning off the air conditioners when out enjoying Playa is usually enough to stay within a very reasonable and cheap consumption.
