Our huge 7BR has everything you need for your New York trip! Located in downtown Jersey City, you’re one subway stop from downtown Manhattan where all the famous landmarks are!
Explore. See all the skyscrapers in the big city. Walk around the historic West Village. Shop at the boutique stores in SoHo. You're also you're close to all the great restaurants and bars in the growing Jersey City and Manhattan!.

The space
Located 1 stop from Manhattan, our 7BR Townhouse will provide you with the perfect New York trip! The Financial District with all the skyscrapers and famous Wall Street is just a short subway stop away. Walk around the historic West Village and stop into one of the restaurants for a bite to eat. Take a train further uptown and head to Times Square and check out the view from the Rainbow Room high up top the Rockefeller Center Explore SoHo and all the botique shops it's famous for.Our 7BR Townhouse is The house is comfortably furnished with lots of space. Whip up a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Relax outside on the patio in the backyard. Or head outside to explore downtown Jersey City and its restaurants and bars.
Our home is fully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need: appliances, cookware, dishes, etc.
Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.
Interaction with guests
You will receive an email shortly after booking on how to check-in, including Wi-Fi and all other pertinent details.To respect your privacy we will not bother you after check-in unless you need us. Feel free to reach out to us at anytime if you have any questions.
Other things to note
Because many people ask:1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.
2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.
3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.
4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.

A very nice place for large group. As bedrooms are on different floors, you also get privacy.
Grear location to day-to-day items (CVS/Grocery) as well as nightlife (Downtown JC/Manhattan) in a spacious home that had good decorum and plenty of natural light.
Great location and affordable for large groups as a base to explore NY/NJ. Convenient to many amenities including PATH station that takes you directly into NYC. Lots of space for large groups and we all truly enjoyed our stay
