Welcome to Casa Amor, a beautiful home just steps from the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The Villa is located in Phase 1, the Beverly Hills of Playa del Carmen and is less than one block away from Playas nicest beaches. The Villa is large with plenty of common space, large outdoor areas and a huge master bedroom with two bathrooms! Come enjoy this amazing villa as it's sure to impress.

The space

Welcome to Casa Amor, a 3 bedroom villa with a Mexican feel and unbeatable location. From the moment you pull up to the villa, the first thing you'll notice is how close it is located to the beach. Literally steps away, you will have ocean views from the master bedroom as well as the front yard/pool area.

Walk through the front gate and find the oversized lounging spaces as well as the pool. This is a great place to enjoy with friends and family, cooling off in the hot sun or enjoying an evening meal outdoors. There is plenty of sitting and lounging space for you to enjoy.

Once inside, you'll be greeted by large common spaces including 2 living areas, a full bar, large dining table and huge kitchen with stone countertops. This is the meeting place and where everyone congregates a the end of a long day, sharing stories and making new memories. The second living space will have a queen sized sofa bed for extra space should you need it.

On main floor, you will find two bedrooms. The first has 2 double beds, vaulted ceilings and your private full bathroom. The space is quite comfortable with lots of closet space and a tv should you like to relax after a long day. The second bedroom is large as well with 2 double beds and vaulted ceilings. The bathroom is just a few steps away and doubles as the guest bath for any visitors you may host.

Head upstairs to your master suite, a large space with King bed, office space, private terrace and 2 bathrooms! Now there will be no arguing over the shower to get that sand out of your bathing suit!!

This villa has amazing common spaces and lots of room for your and your group. With a great location and all the amenities, you will never want to leave!

You will be provided all of the information you'll need to easily check into the villa. Our staff will be on hand 24 hours a day should you need anything to make your vacation perfect.

Other things to note

***Because many people ask***:
1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.

2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.

3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.

4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.

5. ***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Included in the rate is a credit of 44 kWh (kilowatt Hour) per day towards the cost of electricity. The credit allotted is normally sufficient for a normal user. For heavy use, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 35 cents USD) per kWh. Upon check-in you will be asked for a 50 USD deposit, paid in cash, which shall be returned to you at the check-out, provided your consumption was within your allotment. Turning off the air conditioners when out enjoying Playa is usually enough to stay within the allotment.***
