In center of Soho, you’re in the center of the LGBTQ community, right next to the oldest institution, Vauxhall Royal Taverns, and one of the best nightclubs/after hours party spots, Fire.

The space

This large 2 bedroom apartment has tons of space, 2 full bathrooms, and is comfortably furnished for everything you need. It can comfortably sleep up to 7 people with the convertible sofa bed.

Enjoy the rooftop deck where you can have great views of London or head out to the town. You can easily access all major attractions via the Tube or London Buses, or enjoy the local sites as well including the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens park with their animal farm.

- Important Notes:
- Quiet hours are after 8pm. Please, no noise.
- I wish to provide 24/7 check-ins. In order to do that I apply a £50 charge for arrival after 7:00 p.m.
- For safety reasons and due to past party problems with previous guests I require a photocopy of government issued ID on the check-in; It is used only in the event of damages or party problems when I need to involve local authorities. All photocopies are deleted after check-out.
- Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items.
For example: cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost.
- Internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.

Sibylle respondeu prontamente às nossas dúvidas e procurou atender aos nossos pedidos. Apartamento amplo, confortável e bem equipado. Camas confortáveis, banho bom, boa limpeza das instalações e boa qualidade das roupas de cama e banho. Bem localizado, próximo a facilidades de transportes, pequenas compras e restaurantes, bem como de fácil acesso ao Centro e a diversos pontos de interesse em Londres. A manutenção das instalações pode melhorar.

The apartment is big, it was very clean when we arrived, it has all the necesary for the stay. It has a very good location, is near bus, underground and train station. The heating was good . Sibylle responses very quickly all the questions. She is very good hostess.

The flat is very clean and spacious. The location is very close to the underground and train stations but you need to mind the noise coming from the trains.

A wonderful flat in an ideal location. A 2 to 3 minute walk to the tube made all the difference in the world. Taking the close by train to waterloo station gives you quick and easy access to the London Eye, County Hall, Westminster and the boat launch to Tower of London. However, it you would like a stroll along the Thames to walk there, you have that option too.

The location is great, very easy access with underground or bus. Grocery shops in the same street are convenient. The apartment was very clean and offered all what we expected. Sibylle is very helpful and prompt to reply to all our questions or concerns. We definitively recommend this place.

This was my/our first Airbnb experience and I would rate it highly. The host and the apartment were perfect. The location is right next to a major tube and bus station so you can connect anywhere easily. WiFi and TV worked well. There was a minor issue with the key/access but maybe that was just unfamiliarity with UK standards. Wouldn't have any issue staying there again.

This place is a perfect hub for transportation with the tube/bus/train stations all within 5 minutes away. There is a little store very close we frequented to and from transportation as well. If you plan to sleep during the day it could be loud with construction and traffic, but it is the city. The night, again being in a city, could be loud depending on how light of a sleeper someone is, but after a day of exploring we had no problems falling asleep. We absolutely loved the location made it very easy to navigate the city and having a lift was wonderful after a long day of walking. Sibylle and the people we worked with were wonderful. Overall, great stay if you need somewhere to sleep at night and explore all day.

recommendWe had an altogether wonderful stay in London. The flat is very well kept, comfortable, clean and located wonderfully close to public transportation. We were greeted on time even though we arrived around 12 AM (for a late check-in fee) and given an adequate tour of the flat and its facilities .There were some problems with the lift but they were fixed just as we communicated the problem to Sibylle. The only major drawback was the noise, both unexpected and disturbing. There is double glazing windows but that is far from enough. I am sure there are efficient means to block out the noise. I should stress however that it was not so bad as to make us sorry we took the flat. I would like to point out that when entering the address to (Hidden by Airbnb) street the result is not very inviting, the pictures don't do justice to the actual area ( not the prettiest but really not half as bad as in (Hidden by Airbnb) -street As I mentioned above the public transportation near the flat is nothing less than wonderful (both tube and buses). There is a nice grocery near by. We recommend the flat which would be better than great if the noise problem is fixed

We had a really nice stay at the flat. Check in was easy and all questions were replied to promptly. There is construction going on outside, but if you're out during the day, it shouldn't bother you. Several bus stops right outside and tube and grocery stores and Starbucks down the block. It's great having a full kitchen and two bedrooms and bathrooms. So much better than a hotel's offerings. Would definitely recommend! Thanks!

The apartment is quite large and well appointed. However, it is in a very noisy location because of the trains and the local traffic. It is also situated directly across from a construction site that is extremely noisy from 8 to 5 every day. The area is a bit rough at night and there was after hours partying going on a block away that kept us up a few nights. The alarm system was disarmed and the smoke detector was taken down in the kitchen area. When you need to call for assistance, the mobile number you are given is answered by a call centre and not Sibylle. When questioned, they admitted that they were not located in London. The local contact person, Michael does not return calls or texts.

The street is called Bondway :) The apartment is right across the MI6. It's London. I really felt like James Bond but unfortunately without the women :) The joke aside - the apartment is in a great location and it was perfect for me and my needs. 5 stars all the way!

For my last trip I decided to book different apartments in order to get the most of London. Compared to my other choices this apartment's service was outstanding. The host is super polite and fast - both in communication and executing additional requests. Check in was super easy - I was greeted in person. The apartment is close to a part of London that everyone has to see - Big Ben, London Eye and the Westminster Abbey. You won't make a mistake to book this place! Thanks Sib!

A very clean and spacious apartment, decorated and maintained to a very high standard in a very convenient location, next to Vauxhall Station, but no train noise. A minor problem with beeping CO alarm was quickly and efficiently resolved after a call to the team that look after the property. Great communications at all stages. I would definitely use this property again when staying in London. Thanks :)

Can't get more centrally located than this, right next to Vauxhall station and just a few steps for the Thames. Sizable flat for the money, incredible value, would highly recommend!

Very nice and quiet appartment in lively neighbourhood. Busstation and metro nearby. We had a great stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. We certainly recommend this place!

Great location and value. We found it was conveniently located and were able to walk some of London's main attractions like Big Ben and Parliament. There are two markets within a block to pick up anything you need to make meals at the apartment. We would stay there again!

Sibylle was a wonderful host. From the day we made the booking, the communication was wonderful, her team was very good at responding, and taking care of our needs. Check in was flexible, and they facilitated an early check in. The property was clean, spacious, and even better than in the photos. Overall , the five days we spent there were really comfortable.

Fantastic flat and a fantastic host. Sibylle was very accommodating throughout our stay and very organized in checking in and out of the flat. The place was even better than advertised and incredibly spacious, I will hope to stay there again during my travels and would strongly recommend to others.

This flat is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is seating for 6 in the kitchen and 2 couches in the living area. The beds are very comfortable. Includes a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Sybille was very nice to work with and answered questions immediately. We were met by a host that was very helpful upon check in. It is not next to MI6, though in the general area. The location is central, but the trains going by constantly are very loud. This was a problem for us because it was unusually hot and we had to open the windows. There were markets very near by as well as eating establishments.

This lovely spacious apartment is conveniently located across the street from the bus station, and down the street from the Vauxhall Station. The area felt very safe as well. It was so convenient and easy to get around. Also, Starbucks is down the street, as well as a couple of bakeries for a quick breakfast or snack. They had two adapters in the apartment for our use, which I really appreciated. Sibylle was wonderful to work with, and communicated very well (she replied to all of my e-mails within 10 minutes). I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone considering visiting London.
