This is a fantastic apartment on a unbelievable central London location in gorgeous heritage building. It has been freshly refurbished and all the furniture is brand new.

Living Room / Kitchen
There is a lovely living room with a convertible sofa, dining area and kitchen. Relax area. Library with very interesting book collections. The TV has approximately 70 channels. It's a great space to sit and relax.

Bedroom
Queen sized bed with a lovely mattress. Supplied with Egyptian cotton linen to ensure you get a fantastic night's sleep.

Bathroom
The gorgeous tiled bathroom has high quality furniture and accessories. All finished with a fantastic polished chrome fittings. You've got a great walk in shower with good pressure and unlimited hot water. There's also a toilet, a sink and a towel rail.

House Rules

Important Notes:
- Quiet hours are after 8 pm. Please, no noise.
- I wish to provide 24/7 check-ins. In order to do that I apply a £50 charge for arrival after 7:00 p.m.
- For safety reasons and due to past party problems with previous guests I require a photocopy of government-issued ID on the check-in; It is used only in the event of damages or party problems when I need to involve local authorities. All photocopies are deleted after check-out.
- Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items.
For example cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost.
- The internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.

Sibylle’s place was outstanding! A home away from home, a hop skip and a jump from the underground station, Tesco across the road and a room with a view. This place was a blessing for us with 2 young kids after a long haul flight from Australia. Thanks again Sibylle!!

You want to be in the thick of it? This is it. A quick walk to the tunnel. Lots of quick places to grab breakfast before exploring the city. If you are into seeing a show, lots of theaters in walking distance. Clean and cute space. Host was very helpful to coordinate needing at the unit.

This stylish and comfortable flat is perfectly located to walk around the heart and sights of London. The pictures don't lie, you really can see Eros from the window! And you can stroll to the underground in two minutes if you need to venture further afield. Sibylle was really easy to communicate with, and offered helpful suggestions on where to leave luggage in departure day. Check in was easy and quick, despite us arriving earlier than planned. Essential crockery/cutlery is supplied (you may struggle if you're intent on cooking a big meal from scratch, but why would you when you have the whole of London on your doorstep?), wifi was pretty stable and the washer/dryer is superb (super quick and clothes came out ready to wear !) Thanks for a lovely stay - we'd love to come back sometime.

I really appreciate staying at this apartment. It is awesome. Really well located, spacious, clean with a comfortable bed, nice kitchen and so on... the only two things are that the television has no channels (I don’t know if it was supposed to have) and the floor is a bit noisy. But overall, I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

Great location. Minimalist and stark decor. Minimal amenities in the flat. Noisy at night but it was expected in such a popular destination.

Fantastic location!! Could not have been more central. A bit loud but that's central London and we expected it! Great shower!! Beds always seem a bit small when we travel but comfortable. Certainly can recommend to others!

We had a brilliant first visit to London and this beautiful apartment in such a central and safe location was a big part of that success. Sibylle was a fine host, easy to contact and replied very quickly during booking and our stay. The apartment was beautifully furnished and a perfect size for the 3 of us and the linens were fresh and lovely. We really felt like we were locals living in the heart of London! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Great location midst central london , accordingly a little bit noisey . But we love that . The view is terrific , especially while breakfast . We were a family of three . The bed was very comfortable , but the sleeping sofa in the living room acceptable only for a few days . We stayed for ten days and it was okay for our daughter . Furthermore there were only two chairs , thus it is a perfect apartment for two. The bathroom equipment was very good . Communication went well and problems were fixed immediatly . Only the tv reception didn't work and couldn't be fixed . All in all it was a fabulous stay , especially the location .

Sibylle's place was unbelievably good! For me, personally, the location cannot be better. In this apartment you receive the true London experience - being able to watch the crowds on Piccadilly Circus while you drink a perfect cup of Nespresso. The apartment itself is a very special place - unique layout, very nicely decorated & full with super interesting literature (I didn't have the time to read it :)). Sibylle, herself, was ultra responsive and very kind. Check in was super easy - I was greeted in person by friends of her and he showed me around.

I stayed at this place for 9 days, it was superb although i came to London very often it was one of the best experiences. The location is superb, overlooking picadlly circus the flat is very nice clean and tidy, the host was excellent in communication and provided everything better than a hotel, she didn't miss the coffe capsules even, it was one of the best places I've ever booked and highly recommend

In a word: wonderful!! Prime location, close to every thing. The apartment was clean and beautiful. We were welcomed by Michael who waited for us all night long because of our flight was delayed, he showed us around and was very attentive all week long for whatever we needed. We had a little situation with the hot water that was taken care of ASAP. We got a late check out since our flight is only at midnight- which was very helpful since we have a child and could get arraigned for the flight. Thanks so much for everything- we had a lovely stay!

The apartement is very clean and all the basic things had been provided for us- honestly it is as good as staying in a hotel. The location is perfect, nearby to all the main attraction of London. My family enjoyed it very much. And Stand has been helping us on the check in night and he was patiently waiting for us while we were caught in traffic.

Kan klart anbefale Sibylle som vært - løbende kommunikation både før, under og efter vores ophold. This is one of the best Airbnb places we've stayed in (and we've stayed in quite a few). The location couldn't be any better, right on Jermyn Street within a short distance to Piccadilly Circus, a Whole Foods store and a brilliant coffee shop. What more could you want? The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. Everything works. The check in was great as Sibylle was very flexible. All in all we wished we could stay longer and we'll definitely be back.

We had a great weekend in Sibylle's apartment, and I would love to go there again. The apartment is beautiful, and the location is just perfect for shopping, restaurants, theatres and fun. It's just about 5 minutes walk to Green Park, which is perfect for running in the morning. The service we got from Sibylle and her team was remarkable, they really made us feel at home. Thank you!

The host and her concierge are responsive and ready when I arrived. I was offered to be greeted at the Tube station and walked to the unit. Supplies were all there in the house (paper towels, coffee, etc.). Location is perfect for my business trip and relaxation after work. Short walk to Tube, bus stations, shops and entertainments. Cannot be more pleased!

What an amazing flat. The location is absolutely perfect and so central. The flat is exactly as pictured--very clean and well appointed. The host was very communicative and made sure I had a good check-in and stay! My flight was slightly delayed but the host was very accommodating and was waiting for me at the flat! You really can't get a nicer, more centrally located flat in London. I highly recommend!

Amazing apartment in a perfect location in London Center. We arrived in Subway from Paddington in only 15 minutes, and we use the tube only few times more because almost everything is in a short walking distance. The apartment is really cosy, not too big but enough for 2 guests. The neighborhood is quiet and upperclass and close to most lively streets, perfect for a relax and enjoy London. If I have to say something less positive from the apartment the only thing I can point is the wooden floor is quite noisy and creaks when you walk on it (its not a problem at all), and a microwave would be very helpful.

Located in a quiet residential building on a side-street in Piccadilly, a recently updated and modern third-floor apartment with great street views looking down on to the Circus. Very close to transport, great restaurants and upscale shops. Walking distance to museums, Covent Garden and many other central London attractions.

Excelente departamento, muy bien ubicado, y central a todo. Es muy cómodo y está muy bien equipado para 2 personas pero quizá es un poco reducido para alojar a 4 personas. Pese a lo central es muy tranquilo y seguro por la noche, pudimos descansar y dormir muy bien. Excelentes sabanas, y ropa de cama. Muy agradable decoración y buen equipamiento de la cocina. Muy recomendable! El portero es una gran persona muy amable y colaborador.

Our vacation in London was perfect and this apartment overlooking Picadilly Circus made it even more so!!! The rooms are very tastefully decorated...loved the big closet in the bedroom. Everything was neat, clean and pretty. We loved eating breakfast in the morning while enjoying the vibrant city views and people watching from the kitchen window. The building was beautiful with a classy, quiet atmosphere. The location couldn't have been better. Buses and The Underground were close by and easy to navigate. What a convenient neighborhood for shopping too! All kinds of stores and shops are so close by...supermarkets, drug stores, boutiques, etc. Many very nice restaurants, catering to all tastes are close by too!!! Don't hesitate when trying to find an apartment in London...choose this one in Picadilly Circus...you will love it!!!

The best thing I can write about this apartment is, I can't wait to come back. Everything was perfect. Location was the best. Two yummy restaurants on the same street-Getti and Rowleys. Communication was immediate, there is a person at the front desk, which came in helpful. My girlfriend' s luggage was lost. He accepted it, so we didn't have to wait around all day. Again, can't wait to come back.

Sibylle's place is in an absolutely unbeatable location smack in the middle of Piccadilly Circus. The flat itself is cozy, clean, warm and very well furnished. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and Sibylle was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend staying here for a business/sightseeing trip.

This is a stunning apartment, brilliant location, lots of space, clean and elegantly decorated. Our only issue, and this does come down to personal preference was finding the bed too soft and uncomfortable.

We had a great stay at Sibylle's flat! I traveled with my husband and 11 month old daughter. The flat was roomy, clean, comfortable, and was very centrally located close to many attractions. It was perfect for our active baby with lots of room for her to crawl and play around. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a getaway in the heart of Piccadilly Circus!

Great place, amazing location close to tube. If you're not from the area though it can be stressful getting there if someone is waiting for you and you have to coordinate with them while trying to get yourself through customs etc and you don't know how long it will take to arrive and they don't speak great English.

We found this to be an excellent place to stay. Even though we arrived really late at night, Michael was there to meet us and show us around the unit. Unit as described, very clean. Located just steps away from tube station, restaurants and nightlife. For those taking advantage of the kitchen, there is a nice and affordable grocery store within a 1 minute walk. The building was secure and the area felt very safe. Would recommend to others without hesitation.
