Menesse on the Beach is a brand new collection of 22 luxury condos located that boasts one of the best views in all of Playa del Carmen. Located in one of Playa del Carmen's most prominent areas, it is ideally situated being 2 blocks from the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and 2 blocks from historic 5th Avenue.

From the moment you walk in the door of your penthouse condo, you will be welcomed with a quiet luxury having everything you need at your fingertips. This 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit is well decorated and has many upgrades throughout to make sure your stay is nothing short of amazing. The Master Bedroom is large and has a king sized bed, ample closet space, individual climate control, and it's own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, ample closet space and individual climate control. The second bathroom is detached which is perfect for the guests you will be able to entertain.

Move into the open concept kitchen/living room where you will find a cozy atmosphere and beautiful views of the mangroves below. If you want to stay in, the kitchen comes complete with everything you'll need to cook to your heart's content.  Another great option, have your meal delivered and enjoy it with a glass of wine on your private terrace with floor to ceiling doors that open wide creating a great indoor/outdoor feel.

Head up to the massive private rooftop terrace to enjoy the beautiful weather and soak in the sun. In the upper terrace, you'll have your own private pool that is maintained throughout your stay as well as a lounging area complete with 4 upgraded lounge chairs overlooking the magnificent blue waters of the Caribbean. The setting is very private which help melt the stress away from your busy life.

The lower rooftop has an outdoor table with seating for 6.  You will also find a lounging area with covered sun shade perfect for afternoon cocktails. You'll have your own barbecue, sink and prep area along with a private outdoor shower to rinse off. From this area, you can also access the public pool and lounging area where you'll find the best views in the entire building. Towering over nearby buildings, you'll have a wonderfully complete view of the Caribbean Sea all the way to Cozumel. From here, you can feel the beautiful ocean breezes, watch the fisherman coming in with their catch of the day, or simply sit and listen to the waves coming in.

Along with this amazing condo, you will have your own Account Manager that will be available throughout your vacation. They will greet you initially to show you around and make sure you have everything you need. You can keep in touch with your Account Manager day or night with any questions or requests. Other things to note

***Across the street from this condo there is another building under construction. Some construction activities could be noisy, however all works will stop after 06:00 pm and during weekends***

Because many people ask:
1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.

2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.

3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.

4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.

5. Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Included in the rate is a credit of 22 kWh (kilowatt Hour) per day towards the cost of electricity. The credit allotted is normally sufficient for a normal user. For heavy use, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 35 cents USD) per kWh. Upon check-in you will be asked for a 50 USD deposit, paid in cash, which shall be returned to you at the check-out, provided your consumption was within your allotment. Turning off the air conditioners when out enjoying Playa is usually enough to stay within the allotment.
