The space
Our 1BR townhome is modern and close to all the attractions you could want to see. Set away from the street, it still has a lot of privacy and quiet when you return home. Located in the heart of Westminster, you are near all the major tourist sights as well as being close to the tube to access the rest of greater London. It’s also close to the Thames River and all the major parks, such as Hyde Park. Just a bit further away is Piccadilly Circus, Carnaby Street, and the Theatre district.The home has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and a living room with a dinette that can fold out. If more space is needed, the sofa can turn into a bed.
There are tons of cute shops and restaurants and bar nearby, it’s truly in the best location for a great stay in London.

House Rules
Important Notes:- Quiet hours are after 8 pm. Please, no noise.
- I wish to provide 24/7 check-ins. In order to do that I apply a £50 charge for arrival after 7:00 p.m.
- For safety reasons and due to past party problems with previous guests I require a photocopy of government-issued ID on the check-in; It is used only in the event of damages or party problems when I need to involve local authorities. All photocopies are deleted after check-out.
- Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items.
For example cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost.
- The internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.

A great place to stay and very close proximity to major attractions like St James park , Buckingham Palace , Westminster abbey, London eye etc!

Ivo's apartment is in a fantastic area - very central but still quiet at night and he is a very responsive host. The apartment is relatively basic but clean, good kitchen, central and good value.
