The space

Welcome to Villa Perla, a completely remodelled 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with detached Casita for added privacy.

From the instant you walk through the door, you'll notice the detail and thought that has been put into creating this space. Elegantly decorated, everything has been thought out to make sure you maximize your relaxing vacation. The kitchen has all upgraded appliances and everything you need to ensure you can cook up a great meal at the end of a great day at the beach. The sit-up bar has plenty of seating and will surely be the place to congregate and laugh about the days events. The well decorated living room boasts a large Smart TV with cable TV and tons of natural light coming in from the 2 sets of large patio doors. Open them up to create a great indoor outdoor space which opens onto the private pool and lounging area. This will be your oasis and best place to soak in the sun, enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

Head over to your master bedroom where you'll feel as though you've stepped into your own private retreat. With a king sized bed, high ceilings, walk-in closet and pool view, it may be hard to get out of bed every morning! Once you do finally step out of bed, you'll enjoy the larger master bathroom with custom walk-in shower and double sinks.

The second and third bedrooms are equally comfortable one having a king size bed and the other a Queen. Both have lots of closet space and share a full bathroom with custom walk-in shower. The paint colors and decorative artwork was specially chosen to help create a calm and warming atmosphere. A space for you to be able to unwind after a long day in the sun.

The 4th bedroom is a great detached casita meaning it is separate from the main house but a few steps away for added convenience. This separate bedroom has a walk-in closet, full ensuite with walk-in shower and small kitchenette.

The house itself is in a subdivision of Playa del Carmen called Playacar. This private neighbourhood boasts tons of green space, quiet feel and close to everything on 5th avenue. There is a collection of restaurants and shops a few minute walk away.

With a lots of space for everyone, this beautiful home is the perfect option for families or larger groups that want space for everyone in a more private setting. And being close to everything is definitely a huge bonus. Your paradise awaits!

We will be there to personally check guests into the residence, answer questions and make ourselves available 24 hours per day.

Other things to note

Because many people ask:
1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.

2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.

3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.

4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.

5. ***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Any consumption will be charged at a rate of 4 pesos (about 20 US$ cents) per kWh, according to the meter readings at your check-in and check-out. Turning off the air conditioners when out enjoying Playa is usually enough to stay within a very reasonable and cheap consumption.***
