A real two bedroom James Bond apartment which is right across the MI6 central. 1 minute from Vauxhall tube station. Very close to Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Palace of Westminster, Westminster, London Eye and The London Dungeon. The apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 7 guests maximum.

The space

This gorgeous two real bedroom James Bond apartment is placed in one of the best locations in London, Just 1 minute from Vauxhall station. Couple minutes walk to Buckingham Palace, the River Thames, London Eye, Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.
Guests have two spacious double bedrooms with modern furnishings including storage space. The kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator for you to keep your grocery shopping in, coffee for the early morning starts, an oven, stove top, and all necessary cooking utensils. We also welcome our guests to use the washing machine and separate dryer if they wish to use so.
Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps comfortably up to 7 adults.

Guest access

Upon your arrival you will be hosted by me or a friend of mine. You will have the apartment for yourselves thereafter but if you need any assistance, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

House Rules

- Important Notes: - Quiet hours are after 8 pm. Please, no noise. - I wish to provide 24/7 check-ins. In order to do that I apply a £50 charge for arrival after 7:00 p.m. - For safety reasons and due to past party problems with previous guests I require a photocopy of government-issued ID on the check-in; It is used only in the event of damages or party problems when I need to involve local authorities. All photocopies are deleted after check-out. - Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. For example cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost. - The internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control. You must also acknowledge Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to £300

For my last trip I decided to book different apartments in order to get the most of London. Compared to my other choices this apartment's service was outstanding. The host is super polite and fast - both in communication and executing additional requests. Check in was super easy - I was greeted in person. The apartment is close to a part of London that everyone has to see - Big Ben, London Eye and the Westminster Abbey. You won't make a mistake to book this place! Thanks

This apartment is right next to a tube station. Very convenient for a tourist. Spacious, nice and attractive. It's practically in Westminster area, so all major tourist attractions are in walkable distance. The host is acting like a professional and the overall organization is superb. Highly recommended

This apartment was an excellent choice for our business trip. It was well equipped and comfortable and in a convenient location very close to Vauxhall tube and a supermarket, pubs and restaurants, with Westminster a walkable distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location just minutes from Vauxhall tube, trains and buses. Great view towards the river. 3 mini-style supermarkets within a few minutes too. You would expect the location to be noisy but there is good sound proofing. Great functional layout with modern facilities and airy feel.Excellent base for exploring.

The apartment was great ! It is well located just next to the tube so you can go to the city center in less than five minutes. The only thing we didn't know about before the reservation was the extra charges for a late check-in. Next time we go to London, we will stay at Ivan's apartment !

We had a great stay at this spacious flat. The bright living space and two large full bathrooms made it an excellent value for four adults. As mentioned in another review, the front door knob was loose which was a bit disconcerting, but we didn't have any issues with security. The building requires a code to enter from the street. The carpets and walls are a little more worn than the pictures show, but it was clean. The host was responsive and let us leave our luggage at the flat before the official check-in time. The location was perfect for walking to the tube station or nearby restaurants and, despite how close it is to everything, we found it to be pretty quiet inside. Overall, I would recommend this flat and would likely stay here again if I make it back to London.

Emplacement parfait, non loin du centre et des transports publics... Toutes les attractions de Londres sont très accessibles. L'appartement est propre, récent. Avons bien trouver tout ce dont nous avion besoin. Bravo

We didn't get to meet Ivan but met Michael who helped us check in. As our flight came in early, Ivan was kind enough to let us check in early. Place was a gem as was very spacious and we had lots of space for the 3 of us in our group. Place was a little hard to find for our driver as he didn't want to drive into the bus area. Location couldn't be better as it's right at the bus terminal and the train station. Very convenient and also close to a Tesco store. Having a washing machine for our clothes was also very handy. The other additional thing is like to add is that they were also kind enough to store our 3 suitcases for 2 weeks whilst we went to Europe. I do recommend this place to others.

This apartment was located very close to the underground. It made traveling very convenient. Ivan was a great host. He responded in a timely manner. We arrived in town early and he allowed us to drop off our bags prior to checking in. The house was clean and spacious. The washer and dryer were a little difficult to work out. It is a two in one device and took a bit to dry our clothes. But it worked after a few tries. Overall, I would rent from him again. Very kind and great host with a good location.

This place is perfectly located at walking distance to London eye and other sites. Clean and well equipped and Ivan is a great host. Be aware that checkin after 7 pm will cost extra.

As said earlier, the location is amazing. Being so close to a tube station make things much easier. The place is spacious and well-furnished. Stayed during a heatwave, and like most London apartments, there was no air conditioning. So it was quite hot most of the day with all the windows open. There is a washer/dryer, but that didn't work as well as we hoped. European machines tend to dry clothes poorly. The microwave is a little confusing to use. Other than that, everything else worked well. Ivan himself is quick and responsive to all communication.

We had a great stay at Ivan's apartment. At the beginning we had a little issue which was resolved quickly as Ivan was always quick to respond. We were greeted at the apartment as soon as we arrived and was shown around. The place had a great view, heaps of room and was very clean. We found the apartment to be in a great location only 100m from Vauxhall station, close to shops and walking distance to main attractions. Only issue we had was the inside door handle kept falling off when we used to front door other than that we loved our stay and will hopefully be back again soon.

Ivan's place was very convenient to the tube and buses and easy walk to Westminster. We really liked the location. It was a little noisy with the bus station and traffic but the convenience offset. The apartment itself was very clean, modern, and spacious. Excellent appliances. We would stay here again!

Ivan was an ideal host extremely helpful and responded promptly to any queries. Apartment was immaculate, modern and spacious. Very convenient location, Walking distance to tube, train and bus services. Can see Thames from window which makes for a lovely walk along to central London and main sites. Definitely use host again and will recommend to friends and family!!
