A real two bedroom (living room is used as a 3rd bedroom) James Bond apartment which is right across the MI6 central. 1 minute from Vauxhall tube station. Very close to Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Palace of Westminster, Westminster, London Eye and The London Dungeon. The apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 9 guests maximum.
The space
Guests have two spacious double bedrooms (and the living room is used as a third bedroom) with modern furnishings including storage space. The kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator for you to keep your grocery shopping in, coffee for the early morning starts, an oven, stove top, and all necessary cooking utensils. We also welcome our guests to use the washing machine (with dryer) if they wish to use so.Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps comfortably up to 9 adults. 2 people in each bed, 2 people on the convertible sofa bed and one person can sleep on a convertible couch for one.

** Please note that A/C is extremely rare in London and the unit does not offer A/C. Cooling fans can be provided for additional guest comfort.
**Please note: the elevator's maximum capacity is 3 people with 3 suitcases

House Rules
- Quiet hours are after 8 pm. Please, no noise.- Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. For example cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost.
- Internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or a slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.
- Elevator might malfunction and in the unlikely event it is not working I can't offer a refund. Elevator maintenance is out of my control.
- Please, do not move the furniture during your stay. Otherwise, we will be forced to fine you with £300. Thank you.

The apartment is well positioned, the house is clean but the location is quite noisy due to the presence of the station

Overall, We were satisfied with the stay . However the elevator was not working and it’s was quite hard with big luggages to be carried up to second floor . Alex was very responsive and helpful

Very convenient with the bus stop hub right outside the door and the Tube station just down the street a bit.
The location was perfect, with everything we needed in the house.
It was easy to get around, and the host was incredibly responsive and friendly. We’d happily stay here again!

The place is very close to railway station and bus station (<200m). The bed rooms are spacious and accomodated easily my family of 5 Adults and 2 kids. Night life is very excited close to this place as many pubs nearby.

Easy to find, well located, 30 second walk from tube & train which made it perfect for what we needed. Interior as described and worked well for us.

Overall it is a good stay. However, there is very noise at night. Always have the car racing on the street near the place.

Spacious, clean flat. Wonderful location. Cleaning fees were a bit excessive but overall, a great stay.
