The apartment is close to Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Palace of Westminster, Westminster, London Eye, The London Dungeon, Zafferano. You’ll love my place because of the location, the kitchen, and the cosiness. The apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 2 minutes walk to St James's Park station.

The space

This spacious and luxury apartment is placed in one of the best locations in London, Just a few minute walks from St James's Park station, Buckingham Palace, the River Thames, London Eye, Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament.

Guests have a spacious double bedroom with modern furnishings. The kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator for you to keep your grocery shopping in, coffee for the early morning starts, an oven, stove top, and all necessary cooking utensils. We also welcome our guests to use the washing machine and separate dryer if they wish to use so.

Sleeping arrangements
The maisonette sleeps comfortably 2 adults or a family with 1 child. Two persons can sleep in the bedroom (queen size bed) and an adult/child in the living room which has a sofa bed (not convertible, it is as pictured).

Diana's place was Incredible! It is the best airbnb I've ever seen! The location is unbeatable. The building itself is marvelous with 24/7 security, very modern, just WOW! The apartment is ultra comfortable, it offers a luxurious experience in central London! Highly, highly recommended!

You know for a tourist maybe the most important thing is a flawless and comfortable bed after a long day crossing the city and its offerings. This place not only provides that but a truly fenomenal location which just completes the picture of a unique airbnb experience. And when you add highly helpful, fast and nice host you receive a terrific product. I will certainly love to come again and I would highly recommend Diana's place.

Diana was a wonderful host. Communication was easy and efficient. When our original booking fell through she arranged another beautiful apartment for us in a fantastic location. The apartment was luxurious, clean and spacious with everything we could have needed. Thank you Diana! If we come bank to London we will stay with you again!

We had a wonderful stay at Diana's apartment. The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to 2 underground stations. And a bus stop right across the street. Plenty of restaurants within a couple of minutes from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We did not actually stay at the apartment listed because of a last minute problem but Diana was very accommodating in find us an alternate apartment. And although the pictures don't reflect the actual apartment, the apartment that we were in was just as nicely furnished and was very similar in appearance. The apartment was in a building with a 24 hour concierge so checking in and out was very easy. Diana was very timely with her communication to us. Would highly recommend staying in her apartment!

Fantastic Stays managed my reservation on behalf of the owners of the apartment. The first apartment I reserved had water damage, so Fantastic Stays offered to let me stay in this amazing apartment: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/15896926 It was really a wonderful place, like a museum full of high grade art pieces (most all copies). There were so many that you could literally spend hours admiring all of them - really precious and amazing that the owners would share such a wonderful gem in London. A few negative points that need to be corrected with Fantastic Stays: -There were at least 3 people involved in my reservation which resulted in giving me the incorrect arrival address and failing to communicate about an absolutely ridiculous arrival policy. -Guests should not be charged for arriving a couple of hours late, especially when I was told that all that was required was to send a text a half an hour before my arrival to my contact person - I arrived at 8 PM instead of 6 PM - I don't think this is at all in the spirit of the AirBnB community. -For such a luxurious apartment that goes for 190£/night I would expect higher quality bath products that are made in the UK - the bath products I found in the bathroom were made in P.R.C. Perfect hostesses, flat clean and with everything you need. Very near to the underground and to the trains (st. James park and Victoria station) which allow you to reach any destinations in London and every airports.

Lovely apartment, clean, well appointed, great location for sights and transport. Very quiet as well. Lots of communication and contact, quick responses. Great host and apartment.

The location of the flat was perfect for tourists like us, it is central and close to everything. The flat is a few 100m's from Buckingham Palace and St-James' Park. In the early days we made all our travelling by walk and as the week went on we regularly used the 2 nearby subway stations. The flat had everything we needed for a trouble free stay. It was clean, comfortable and good size for 2 adults, has all the required kitchen equipment, has laundry machines which we used. The building is relatively new, has security guards and everything is electronically controlled (as is the flat). Communication with Diana and Sybyll went perfect all the way through our stay. Our normal arrival time was before checkin time and they were accommodating with us to arrive early and leave our luggage in the flat so we could start our day. Once our departure flight was delayed they kept in good communication with us to make sure everything went well with our late arrival (instead of early as planned).

My stay in Diana's place was really amazing . Check in and check out we're really easy and convenient and she did accommodate my early check in (thanks Diana) . Location is in the Centre of everything , an easy walk take you wherever you want . I had a car that I used it there , parking from 6:30pm till 8:30am every day and for the whole day on Sunday is free and really easy to find a spot for your car . My wife and I really enjoyed our time in England and our stay in Diana's place .

This is a great apartment in a building with a doorman walking distance to two central metro stations as well as Buckingham Palace, St James Park and Westminster. It's a wonderful place to stay.
