It has multiple living spaces where you can stretch out on the large couches and comfy chairs and beanbags. Kick back watch a movie on the large flat screen television, read a good book, or take a cat nap on one of the daybeds.
Cook your favorite meals in fully updated kitchen with modern appliances, and plenty of counter space with the over-sized island. Gather everyone around the large dining table with room for over 10 people!
The backyard is designed for fun and relaxation! Soak up the sun while lounging poolside or swaying in a hammock and take a dip in the pool whenever you need to cool off! Fire up the grill and have a BBQ on the large patio space with full set of lounge furniture!

Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Included in the rate is a credit of 22 kWh(Kilowatt Hour) per day towards the cost of electricity. The credit allotted is normally sufficient for a normal user. For heavy use, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 35 cents usd) per Kwh. Turning off the air conditioners when out enjoying Playa is usually enough to stay within the allotment.Amenities

House Rules
Please note that this home is in a residential and exclusive neighborhood of Playacar. There are some community rules you must abide by. Failure to abide by these rules will result in neighbor complaints and a fine of 3000 MXN (~$150 USD):- Excessive noise is not tolerated by the neighborhood. This is very important to understand and if we think you are going to make a lot of noise, we will cancel your reservation
- Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
- Do not hang any clothes/towels on outside railings or fences
In addition:
- Please treat the home like you would treat your own home
- Pets are allowed for a fee. Please inquire for pricing
- We encourage you to enjoy our space, however, please be mindful of the neighbors as they have a low tolerance for excessive noise
*ELECTRICITY USAGE*
Electricity is very expensive here and if we use more than our allotment, we will be charged double rates. Please help us conserve by turning off the ACs when possible.
When you use the AC, please keep windows closed and please, please turn off whenever you leave the condo (lights and fans too). The AC units will cool down the spaces very quickly when you return. At night, please use the bedroom AC only with the door closed to other spaces. Thank you and enjoy your stay!
