The space

Welcome to Luna Maya, a hidden treasure 1 block from the beach.

This intimate development consists of 36 units in 6 separate buildings nestled in a quiet area of Coco Beach. Privacy and peace & quiet are the first things that come to mind when trying to describe this beautiful development. There is a main courtyard with a pool that is maintained daily, a palapa with ample seating and lounge chairs to soak up the sun. With a great location and immaculately maintained grounds, Luna Maya makes for the ideal travel accommodations.

Sol 5 is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom third floor unit with everything you'll need to make sure your stay is very comfortable. The main living space has vaulted ceilings and opens onto a good sized balcony where you'll have views of the beautiful Caribbean Ocean and pool below. The kitchen comes complete with everything necessary to cook to your hearts content with a dining room table able to seat 4. The master bedroom has a king bed, full en-suite bathroom and ample closet space. If you need some extra sleeping room, there is a queen sized sofa bed set up in the living room.

This quiet third floor unit make it a perfect choice for the couple looking to relax or a family with a young child.

Interaction with guests

You will receive an email shortly after booking on how to check-in, including Wi-Fi and all other pertinent details. To respect your privacy we will not bother you after check-in unless you need us. Feel free to reach out to us at anytime if you have any questions.The property manager is on site and available 24 hours to help.

Other things to note

***Across the street from this condo there is another building under construction. Some construction activities could be noisy, however all works will stop after 06:00 pm and during weekends***


***Because many people ask***:
1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.

2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.

3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.

4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.

5. ***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Any consumption will be charged at a rate of 4 pesos (about 20 US$ cents) per kWh, according to the meter readings at your check-in and check-out. Turning off the air conditioners when out enjoying Playa is usually enough to stay within a very reasonable and cheap consumption.***
