Modern, cozy and spacious 3 bedrooms, three bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen apartment situated on the ground level of this modern development in Marylebone next to Baker street.

The space

This modern and beautiful property offers an open living room with a kitchen and sofabed, three double bedrooms and a fourth small double bed and three bathrooms. Further benefits include wood floors, 24-hour security and quiet aspect throughout.

Guests have three bedrooms with modern furnishings including storage space. The kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator for you to keep your grocery shopping in, an oven, stove top, microwave, Nespresso machine, and all necessary cooking utensils. We also welcome our guests to use the washing machine and separate dryer if they wish to use so.

House Rules

- Important Notes:
- Quiet hours are after 8 pm. Please, no noise.
- I wish to provide 24/7 check-ins. In order to do that I apply a £50 charge for arrival after 7:00 p.m.
- For safety reasons and due to past party problems with previous guests I require a photocopy of government-issued ID on the check-in; It is used only in the event of damages or party problems when I need to involve local authorities. All photocopies are deleted after check-out.
- Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items.
For example cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost.
- The Internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or a slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.

Great place near eveything! Looks like in the pictures, but you can see that it is a well used place, altough evrything was clean. We were ten people and sleept good. Perfect for morning runnings in the park and very close to all of London. We are very pleased with Sibylle and can recommend her place!

The location is really good and everything is near by. The place is clean and is an ideal place for a group or a family. Check in and check out was smooth. The place is clean and tidy and everything needed was available.

Sybil’s apartment on the first floor was very spacious and clean, it was also convieniently located near the Baker Street station. The place had all the amenities: the bathroom already had shampoos, shower gels and toilet paper, tablets for the washing machine were already in the kitchen area and the laundry detergents were also prepared for the duration of our stay.

This flat was a great base for London. Not only stylish and very centrally located, but also with comfortable beds and everything that you could need. My family of four stayed here very comfortably with lots of room. Good communication and an easy check in added to the great experience. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Sibylle!

This s is an amazing apartment. Very spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a living area. The location is very central , about 3 minute walk away from Baker Street Station. Communication with Sibylle and her team throughout the booking process, and throughout our stay was efficient and simple. There were no hiccups and I’d highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which was perfect for 8 people. Good location to Baker Street Station and Bus Station. If you are visiting Madame Tassuad it is only 2 minutes from the apartment. We had a lovely host and got a super good reception when we arrived at the apartment. We definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay there again
