The space

Welcome to Menesse One Paralia, a brand new collection of modern studios with an amazing rooftop view!

This property is ideally located in the heart of Playa del Carmen and walking distance to all of the great amenities this amazing city has to offer. One of the nicest beaches in Playa is only a 3 minute walk! Want to go over to historic 5th Avenue for some shopping, restaurants, bars and entertainment? Once out the front doors, your literally 45 steps away!!

This 2nd story studio has everything you need to enjoy an amazing trip. Once through the front door, you will be greeted on one side by a full bathroom with walk-in shower and on the other by a large closet with an electronic safe.

You will also find in this area, a functional kitchen with two burner stovetop, full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the kitchenwares you'll need to cook up a great meal!

Head into the main living space where you'll find a table and chairs for 2 people and the king sized bed overlooking a smart TV. As an added benefit, you will also enjoy free wifi and cable.

Lastly, your unit has a cozy terrace with large floor to ceiling windows as well as a few chairs and table. A great place to spend quiet mornings enjoying a cup of coffee, or an evening glass of wine.

For the crown jewel of this amazing unit, head up to the common rooftop. Here, the incredible views of the turquoise Caribbean waters will take your breath away. Enjoy a lazy afternoon in the infinity pool soaking up the sun, hanging out in the loungers or enjoying a workout in the rooftop gym overlooking the Caribbean.

***Because many people ask***:
1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.

2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.

3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.

4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.

5. ***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Please help us keep consumption down by turning off the air conditioners when out of the condo enjoying Playa.
