A beautiful, bright apartment newly refurbished with completely new design furniture, a nice living room and a separate dining room/kitchen. Located just next to Galleries Lafayette and Opera, it is a perfect location to discover Paris by foot.
The space
CENTRALLY LOCATED NEXT TO OPERA AND GALLERIES LAFAYETTEA beautiful, newly refurbished with completely new design furniture, bright, spacious apartment with a nice living room, a separate kitchen and dining room, two beds in the upper part, in a very central and safe area. The apartment is like a duplex – there are two beds on the mezzanine as you can see on the pictures. It has big French-windows and creates a unique sense of French style apartments.
SPACE DESCRIPTION
The apartment sleeps very comfortably 4 persons in two separate queen size beds located in the upper part of the apartment. The upper part of the apartment is 4.6 ft high and you cannot stay standing. The living room has also a convertible sofa bed but it is rarely used as there is enough sleeping space upstairs. The living room and the dining room with kitchenette have each a big window and the apartment is very bright.
Equipment includes:
- free high speed internet/wi-fi,
- hairdryer,
- kettle, toaster, coffee press,
- stove top, washing machine, refrigerator with a freezer section
- iron & ironing board
- linens and towels are provided - they can be changed weekly for long stays
Living room:
The living room is very nicely decorated with design furniture and a convertible sofa bed.
Dining room/Kitchen
The dining room is spacious and nicely decorated. It has a kitchen area which provides all the necessary comfort to help you cook your homemade French meals.
Bed area:
The bed area is located in the upper part of the living room, the mezzanine. There are two separate queen size beds which in the upper part. The beds are located in the upper part - its height is 4.6 ft and you cannot stay standing.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is comfortable and very clean.
2nd floor
The apartment is located at the 2nd floor and the building has an elevator (small).
PERFECT PLACE TO DISCOVER PARIS BY FOOT
The apartment is located at the very center of Paris, in the Opera area. It is an ideal base to discover Paris by foot at any time of the year.
It is very easy to access from the airport Charles de Gaulle with a direct bus (Roissybus)
2 min from Opera and Galleries Lafayette & department store Printemps
15 min walking distance from Louvre, Tuileries and Place Vendome.
15 min by metro to get anywhere in Paris.
Easy access to trains going to Versailles or Disneyland Paris
IDEAL FOR SHOPPING as it is located next to the two biggest shopping malls of Paris, i.e. Galleries Lafayette and store Printemps.
Big and very nice movie theatres are located 5 min walking distance from the apartment.
There are lots of restaurants around, a few very nice ones are on the same street where the apartment is. This makes the overall experience very convenient and very Parisian.

Enjoyed my stay here. Close to a lot of different spots that we wanted to hit. When I had a question, Denka was responsive.

Denka's flat was awesome, beddings was spotless, location was walkable to nearby Printempes and Gallery Lafeyette. Nearest train is St Lazarre Exit 6 and turn left towards Rue de Llsly. Will definitely return here. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Paris. Location is the greatest feature. Tiny but cosy and well decorated apartament with everything you need to host a 4 people family. Denka is a super host. Impecable.

Great location nearby the opera house and many shopping stores. We were able to walk to all the sights. Some lovely restaurants on the same block as the Airbnb. Denka was very easy to communicate with.

Denka’s place was exactly as shown in the photos and as she described. It was a little cramped for three people but still a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend the area. She was also so friendly and responsive!
Great location! Metro and great restaurants right around corner. Can comfortably fit four people. Does require you to climb steep steps to access loft. Water temp in shower needs to be managed but understandable for Europe.
We really enjoyed staying at Denka’s place in Paris. The place is decorated with artistic atmosphere and very clean. The location is close to a few subway stations so is super convenient to anywhere. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay, great location, helpful host and cute decor. Only issue was shower seemed to go cold after a few minutes in use but we weren’t bothered by this. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Really lovely stay, Denka was super responsive when we had issues finding the apartment (if you search on Maps) make sure you choose the one in the right area. Space had everything you need - to cook/good amenities. Great location.
Apartment is cosy. 5 minutes walk to bus stop and Gare St. Lazare train station. Lots of restaurant and supermarket nearby.

The location of the flat is excellent. Flat is not big but comfortable. Everything is good, except that the stair to the beds is a little slippery, need to be careful. Overall, a very comfortable stay.?

Es war alles sehr super! Bloss war der untere stock eiskalt egal wie hoch die Heizung eingestellt war. Im oberen Stock kann nicht aufrecht gegangen werden, da die Decke so tief ist.
