This beautiful Townhome is found in Anah Residences, an amazing development with world class amenities with access to the all inclusive hotel, Bahia Principe Hotel and Golf Course and offers a great balance between the resort's amenities and a natural jungle getaway. A short drive from the beautiful town of Akumal, Anah Residences is ideally situated to be able to visit some of the most amazing places within the Riviera Maya.

The space

From the moment you walk in the door, you will be surprised by the detail put into this property to create an oasis for you to enjoy. The large windows allow in the natural light which accents the details of this property. The main floor is open and airy with great common spaces and a fully stocked kitchen. The open concept design will allow your group to socialize whether you’re cooking up a great meal, eating a the dining table or lounging on the couch. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook up a great meal after a long day at the beach. With stone counters and upgraded appliances, you won't mind cooking in the least!
Outside you will find a private terrace, which is a wonderful place to enjoy quiet afternoons or evening cocktails. There is a plunge pool for cooling off on a hot day and seating space for all to enjoy.
You will also find the 1st of 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, with 1 king size bed. It has a great en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, stone counters and large closets. This bedroom is very private and has its own secure access from just outside the main door.
Head upstairs for a real treat. There, you'll find the Master Bedroom with king bed, full attached bathroom with large closets and stone counters. This bedroom has amazing natural light coming from huge glass sliding doors which open onto a very large rooftop seating area. With comfortable patio furniture, this is a great place for evening cocktails or early morning coffee. This is the best spot to enjoy the sounds of nature and enjoy the Caribbean breeze!

The Location Map Pin is NOT in the correct place. The correct location of this property is within the grounds of the Bahia Principe Residences & Golf Course, approx 5km south of Akumal.

***Because many people ask***:
1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.

2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.

3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.

4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.

5. ***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Any consumption will be charged at a rate of 4 pesos (about 20 US$ cents) per kWh, according to the meter readings at your check-in and check-out. Turning off the air conditioners when out enjoying Playa is usually enough to stay within a very reasonable and cheap consumption.***
