The space

Welcome to Kuxtal, an amazing 3 bedroom penthouse with private rooftop and plunge pool. Every aspect of this well designed condo has been thought out to make sure your stay in nothing short of perfect. The Kuxtal building has been designed by world recognized architects and built in a responsible and sustainable way. From the moment you walk through the door, the first thing you'll notice is the open and airy feel. The large kitchen and dining space has lots of counter space, all of the upgraded appliances and an elegant dining table for 6. This will be a great space to meet at the end of the day, enjoy a fresh meal and laugh about the memories made that day!

Move into the living space with comfortable seating, a large HD flat screen TV, upgraded sound system and high ceilings open to the second story. This open concept main living space is a great way for you and your group to be together whether you are cooking, eating or relaxing.

The living area opens onto a generous sized balcony overlooking historic 5th Avenue. With fun and comfortable seating, this is a great space to enjoy the ocean breeze over afternoon cocktails or morning coffee.

For your convenience and enjoyment, the main floor also has a half bathroom and laundry machine.

Move up to the second story where you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, large closet, wall mounted TV and full ensuite bathroom. This space is also open to the living room below. Want a bit of privacy? Close off the windows and create a private oasis. There are also privacy and blackout blinds for your comfort.

The second bedroom is large with 2 queen beds, ample closet space and a nice ocean view. There is also an attached ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has 2 single beds, a full bathroom and wall mounted TV. A great space for kids or for those needing some extra sleeping space.

Head up to the third story where you'll find the private rooftop. Here, you'll spend lazy afternoon enjoying the Caribbean sunshine and cooling off in the plunge pool. This is an amazing space to spend your day enjoying cold drinks and great friends. This will certainly be where you spend most of your time. For your convenience, there is also a half bathroom, counter top and sink.

Looking to socialize with others? Head over to the common area where you'll find the lounging space and pool. This will be a great place to meet new people and enjoy the day.

Time to head out and enjoy all that Playa del Carmen has to offer. This wonderful penthouse is perfectly located. and walking distance to everything. The beach is a short few blocks away including beach clubs, massages and beach bars. Or head down 5th Avenue where you'll finds tons of great restaurants, bars and shops. Everything you'll need for a perfect holiday is at your fingertips. Come on over, Playa del Carmen is waiting!

Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the private roof-top terrace with a private p

Interaction with guests

We are available 24 hours a day, to ensure that every question or concern is addressed. One of our staff will be there to greet you upon your arrival and to make sure you have everything you need.

Other things to note

***Because many people ask***:
1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.

2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.

3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.

4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.

5. ***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Any consumption will be charged at a rate of 4 pesos (about 20 US$ cents) per kWh, according to the meter readings at your check-in and check-out. Turning off the air conditioners when out enjoying Playa is usually enough to stay within a very reasonable and cheap consumption.***
