This 1BR condo has the perfect Center Strip location. It’s connected to the Cosmopolitan Casino, next door to the Bellagio fountains, City Center, and numerous casino-resorts, including the Paris, Aria, & Planet Hollywood. You can enjoy, two pools, hot tubs, gyms, and other premium amenities. You’ll love the added space in the bedroom and living room. The space
This spacious 1 bedroom condo is located right in the center of the Las Vegas strip!It comfortably sleeps 6 adults total. One private bedroom with one king size bed, a queen size pull-out sleeper couch in the living room, and 2 single foldaway ottoman beds.
This apartment features a dining / living area with sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen and master suite with one bathroom. For your convenience, there are also coin-operated washers/dryers on multiple floors throughout the building.
This apartment is not in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. It is attached to the Cosmopolitan Casino complex by elevator to the residential part, Jockey Club.
No additional resort fee.

There’s location, and then there’s LOCATION – and this condo has the latter, in spades.Nothing can beat a Center Strip location, but the condo's amenities come close. The building itself offers a year-round, 24-hour heated pool, as well as a hot tub, sauna, and fully equipped fitness center. There’s also dining, an outdoor sitting area and laundry.
Families appreciate the onsite lending library, outfitted with DVDs, books and games. Additionally, the property offers activities for kids, including arts & crafts, ice cream and movie nights.
What really puts us over the top, though, are the offerings next-door, at the Cosmopolitan: your room key grants you free access (no resort fee required) to the Cosmopolitan Chelsea pool and 14th-floor tennis courts (advance notice required). Use of the Cosmopolitan spa and gym are available for a fee, which Cosmopolitan Hotel guests also separately pay.
An elevator connects the building to the Cosmo, and then winds out and throughout the City Center – in total, a huge facility that combines numerous resorts, as well as casinos, restaurants, shopping, and more. You’ll never have to leave.
Located smack in the center of the Las Vegas strip, this 1-bedroom deluxe condo is the perfect choice for groups of 6 seeking Center Strip excitement at an off-the-strip price.
Adjacent and attached by elevator to the luxury Cosmopolitan Casino – you’ll have free access to many of the Cosmo’s amenities. This building trades luxury and fine finishes for extra space and extra dollars – lots and lots of extra saved dollars. Please note this condo is NOT located in the Cosmopolitan; it is next door and attached to the Cosmo by elevator.
So, save your budget for fun money, and enjoy Las Vegas’s legendary casinos, dining and entertainment! Skip the pricey hotel bill and instead, opt for this budget-friendly, spacious condo right on Center Strip.

Other things to note
There is no view of anything, except the Cosmopolitan Hotel's wall and small partial sliver of a view of the Planet Hollywood Hotel at an extreme angle.The building has low (think Frank Lloyd Wright-height) drop ceilings, which can make the hallways seem cramped. Please also note that there is no view to speak of; the windows look directly onto the wall of the Cosmopolitan Casino building, newest built from the ground-up luxury resort-casinos on the Strip.

This condo is extremely clean and the location was perfect. You can see the strip from window. Very easy to locate, as well as right on the strip. Great workout room, pool, spa, and sauna. You will feel like your at home.

Love the open floor plan. Xtra,xtra linens and towels. Location can’t be beat! Can’t wait to stay there again.
Great stay. Jockey club is awesome. This place will meet or exceed expectations. Just wish there was more outlets near the bed stands. Really nice bathroom products. The softest pillows and softest freshest bathroom towels.
The location and Nat’s attentiveness is what makes this place nice. The description is very accurate. Nothing fancy but it is clean and it worked out great for our two night stay on the strip.
Unit is as described. It may not have the glamour of the fancy hotels surrounding it, but the amenities and location are unbeatable.
Nat's Place was great! The location was very convenient and right near the Bellagio. The room was clean and nicer than most hotels on the strip. Highly recommend!
It was a little difficult to find but Host is always there to answer any questions. Messaged him and always got a quick response. Plus security is around 24hrs
Excellent location right in the middle of strip. The larger room size and full kitchen really makes a difference compared to a regular room. Great value would stay here again next time in Vegas ?

This was such a nice and cozy stay for our quick trip in Vegas. You honestly can't beat the location. Nat and team were so communicative throughout the entire time.
Stay was amazing just hope better view next time..... great amenities and host was super responsive gave all intel on how they can be reached.... even the valet and security were great....
