This private luxury residential tower studio condo is connected to the world's largest Resort-Casino complex by 5 minute stroll in climate-controlled indoor moving walkways. They take you to the heart of the Resort-Casino, Grand Garden Arena and restaurant district without ever going outdoors. Tube down their signature lazy river, enjoy the 4 pool complex + 3 other pools behind your building. The complex has 7,043 rooms and 38 eating/drinking venues. That's a dream resort vacation!

The space

550 square feet with floor-to-ceiling glass that draws you into the vibrant Las Vegas skyline as your night’s soundtrack coming through the balcony door fills the suite. Easily sleeps 2 people in a King-sized bed, 2 more in a Queen-sized pullout couch(which is firm and supportive for a pullout), plus 2 more total on 2 separate twin size foldaway beds.

I loved my stay at Nat place even tho I had to leave in a hurry. Check in and check out was the easiest. I’ve been to Las Vegas before but this time it was way better. The pictures doesn’t do justice to the place, it’s way bigger. I’ll be back.

Nat's place is perfect for a stay in Vegas, as it's just 10 minute walking distance to the heart of the strip. I found the place clean, and Nat was able to answer any questions I had almost immediately The Jacuzzi is nice, and so are the many hotel pools one can use while staying here. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the room is overall very spacious

Had a great stay! The MGM signature is a great place right on the strip that is a mix between a hotel room and a condo. The room is a 20-30 minute walk from the MGM Grand. We had an easy check in and great communication with the hosts. The room was clean and spacious, especially for six people. I would recommend not parking or parking your car in the Miracle Mile shops for free parking.

I was passing through Vegas and needed a place to stay for a couple of nights. Nat's place was a fantastic place to stay and see Vegas. Views were spectacular, room was clean and very comfortable, amenities were fantastic especially use of Wet Republic, the MGM Resort Pool and Spa. I highly recommend staying at Nat's place in Vegas.

Nat's place is a beautiful penthouse just a couple of blocks off of the main strip. It is part of the MGM Grand complex and you will have access to all of their pools and amenities. We had no difficulty with check in and the place was clean and beautiful. My family of 4 stayed for 2 days and were very comfortable. I would highly recommend Nat's place for your stay in Vegas

We stayed one night in the peak of summer. This is a lovely and well appointed unit with a private balcony, a very useful kitchenette, two TVs (one in the bathroom and visible from the oversized jacuzzi tub). We’ve stayed at The Venetian many times (as well as Caesar’s, The Bellagio, etc). For the night we rented Nat’s lovely unit The Venetian quoted us a suite at about twice the cost. Nat’s jacuzzi tub is nicer than any tub we’ve found at any other Las Vegas property. Check-in and valet parking were courteous and prompt. Best of all, Nat is considerate and prompt with every reply.

Amazing value for this place. No Resort fee. Free parking. Friendly Staff. Property on the 31st floor. Strip facing view. Clean and had all that we could ask for. Nat was quick and prompt to communicate and check in regularly with us. The wifi was great and the hot tub within the bathroom was super cool. 5 min walk from the strip and 5 min to walk into MGM grand from this property. The beds were super comfy and the room was stylish. We enjoyed every moment at this property. I look forward to stay at this property every time I am in Vegas. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Nat's condo! It was as described- somewhat small for big groups but was still an amazing value considering the access to all the resort amenities. Great proximity to the strip, as well! Nat was very hospitable and communicative.

Nat and Kevin’s place was great, the room is huge and the view of the city is beautiful. Everything was exactly as described in the description and communication was spot on. I will 100% be staying here next time i am in Vegas.

Nats place is fantastic. The views are amazing and it’s a short walk to a number of the Casinos with some great restaurants close by. Nat was brilliant in the lead up to the stay and there are pools to use for each tower. Valet parking is also provided FOC - we all loved the trip and would book here again.

Very helpful host. Nay made everything easy as soon as I booked my stay all the way until after I checked out. I highly recommend staying here. It’s a tremendous value for where you’re staying, and the Signatures accommodation and rooms are much nicer than the MGM.

Great room with and the balcony had an awesome view of the strip. The place was clean and very roomy unless you have to use both pullout beds, then it’s a little tight but still not bad. The bathroom is huge with two sinks and a jacuzzi tub. Would definitely stay here again

Nat has an amazing place right off the Las Vegas Strip at the MGM Signature. Nat was very responsive and was ready to help every step of the way. I had no issues checking in or out and everything went smooth. The balcony was amazing and also the bathtub (huge!). The room was super clean and comfortable. Definitely be staying at this location again when I make my way back to Vegas. Amazing deal for an amazing spot.

Description of this space is very accurate. We traveled with 5 people so with beds all unfolded it was truly limited in moving about. That being said, how much time do you really spend in the room in Vegas :) Great view from the balcony! Nat was extremely responsive and met all of our needs.

The studio condo was nice and was in a great location on the MGM property. Our family enjoyed the MGM pools and lazy river, and had some fun at TopGolf which is also nearby. We had good access to the strip and were able to do some of the standard sightseeing and shopping. Nat reached out to us several times to ensure all was well and that we had an enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Had such a wonderful time staying at Nat's place. Everything we needed was within walking distance, or we took the monorail which was easily located. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was big and spacious, and the view from the balcony was great!

Nat’s Place is exactly what you would hope for from a luxurious penthouse condo in fabulous Las Vegas!!!! Slept four women with lots of bags very comfortably (six would have been cramped, but doable, especially if you’re on a tight budget), was impeccably clean, check in was a breeze, the valet parking made everything super easy, and best part of all, Nat was super communicative and helpful and responded quickly whenever I had questions. Highly recommend for your next trip to Vegas—you won’t regret the place, the location, or the amazing view from the balcony!!!! The MGM Signature is definitely my new favorite spot on the strip, and you will love working with Nat.

We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the place! Also both sinks were not draining properly, however after speaking with Nat! It was fixed after a day. It worked for the stay as you use it for sleep and to wash up! We were happy it was a smoke free environment!

It's a great value and location, but the carpet needs a good deep carpet cleaning and there were not enough shower/bath towels for the 4 people that we had staying there. And there was no easy way to obtain extra towels except to walk to the pool and take a towel from there one at a time (this was the host's recommendation when I mentioned there were only 8 towels for a 3 day stay with 4 people).

Nat’s place is incredible! The location was ideally located a block from the strip. Touches like the jacuzzi bath and kitchenette made it even better than a typical hotel room. We were a group of five, and while the room is a studio, the comfortable sofa bed and spare beds fit smoothly into the space and we had plenty of room. But what really made the stay was Nat! He went above and beyond with quick responses and attention to questions and requests. Absolutely recommended!

After this wonderful experience, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when I come to Vegas. The location, the amenities and the clean beautiful condominium made our stay more than I could have ever asked for. I have a new favorite in Vegas for sure. I especially loved not having to walk through a casino to get to our car or car service. The convenience of just walking downstairs saved so much hassle and time. But just a short walk on a people mover walkway and you’re in the MGM with everything you could ever want. The location is excellent. Also, Nat was very responsive and an excellent host.

Nat was a really great host. We was always very responsive and attentive. He was able to upgrade us to a room with two bathrooms and separate bedrooms which was great for the two couples. It is a pity the place is not 10/10 (bed clothing was a bit damaged and furniture a bit dirty) but it has nothing to do with him. I recommend the place, location is great and for much better value than any other places on the Strip. Regards
