This private luxury residential tower studio condo is connected to the world's largest Resort-Casino complex by 5 minute stroll in climate-controlled indoor moving walkways. They take you to the heart of the Resort-Casino, Grand Garden Arena and restaurant district without ever going outdoors. Tube down their signature lazy river, enjoy the 4 pool complex + 3 other pools behind your building. The complex has 7,043 rooms and 38 eating/drinking venues. That's a dream resort vacation!

The space

550 square feet with floor-to-ceiling glass that draws you into the vibrant Las Vegas skyline. Easily sleeps 2 people in a King-sized bed, plus 2 more in a Queen-sized pullout couch (which is firm and supportive for a pullout) and 2 more total on 2 separate twin sized foldaway beds.

Pros: -The view! You can't beat the view from this room, it was the best part. Top floor of the MGM Signature! -Host is quick to respond and very helpful if you have any questions. -The bathroom was big, big jacuzzi tub, huge shower. -Location is convenient, especially with a monorail pass. -Very clean Cons: -Bed was not the most comfortable, but after a night out you probably won't care. -A lot of little things needed attention, every lamp in the room is falling apart, door handle coming off, but for the value, we didn't really mind. -Wouldve given 5 stars, but me and wife were made uneasy by host unexpectingly stopping by and walking in for a "safety inspection". Host was very communicative through the whole stay but for some reason didn't feel it was necessary to give us a heads up for his visit. We didn't have anything to hide, but found the whole thing very odd. Not sure why it couldn't have waited until we left the next day.

Great location and value for the money. Access to MGM and the strip is very convenient thru the enclosed walkway. Nat was very communicative throughout the stay, including detailed directions for getting thru the security gate and checking in with the front desk staff. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Vegas.

Nat is a wonderful host. From the minute we booked, to pre-departure, arrival, and leaving the place Nat was communicative! The place was wonderful, clean, and nicely located next to the strip. I would 10/10 stay at this place again!

Nat's place was absolutely amazing! The lobby connects to the train which takes you up and down the strip all night, saving us money on Ubers. Check-In/Out was super fast and easy. With the valet parking out front Nat made my quick to Vegas super easy! Will be back here in the future!

The apartment is nice and it's clean. There was five of us and we had enough space. The apartment seems to be serviced by the hotel but owned privately, this meant that we were meant to communicate directly to the owner and not the hotel desk. I didn't get a reply about whether it was possible to get more milk/tea bags so presumably it isn't. I also asked if it was possible to arrange a late checkout as one of our group was ill, unfortunately the response was so late we'd been forced to book another room within the hotel through the hotel desk.

Amazing deal for a top level condo overlooking the Las Vegas Strip! The condo had beautiful views and access to all the MGM resort pools! Nat was very quick with any questions and went out of his way to make my family feel comfortable. Thank you! We will be back!

We had an amazing stay! Although mentioned with all the beds pulled out it would be a bit cramped we managed to do just fine! You get what you pay for with an incredible view on the top floor of tower 1! The upper penthouse suite/studio hosted 4 guys no problem and would definitely recommend it! Check in was easy and it was a safe and comfortable environment to stay in!

As a frequent business traveler that is not in Vegas for gambling this was a great location. The room is great and the location is easy to get in and out of without getting stuck on the strip. It also is close enough to the strip that if you are there to party you will not feel you are too far away. The check in was very simple and quick and the free valet was excellent.

Nat’s place was great! The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. It had good amenities like full access to the MGM and private pool. There could be a few very minor upgrades to be made in the carpeting but nothing that would stop be from stating there again.

The penthouse is beautiful and super clean. It is more convenient for 2-4 people, although there are some extra fold-able beds available for two more. There are enough clean towels and extra blankets, and it has all the amenities. The location is super convenient. Nat is a super host :)

Nat was a wonderful host! He was always very quick to respond to my many questions! This was my first time using Air B&B, and he made it easy and enjoyable. The place itself it absolutely gorgeous. We felt like royalty for a few days! :) I definitely recommend Nat's place and would stay again!

I loved that the entire Signature towers are smoke free. There was not a trace of cigarette smell anywhere in the Sinature towers. That is hard to find in Vegas.

I loved that the entire Signature towers are smoke free. There was not a trace of cigarette smell anywhere in the Sinature towers. That is hard to find in Vegas.

This is such an incredible find! Top floor with great views. The tunnels over to the mgm casino are right there for you and you have access to everything, including easy walkability to the strip. Place was clean and Nat was a great communicator. Highly recommend staying here when in Vegas!

Absolutely amazing view, and spotlessly clean. It has a huge shower and a big jetted soaking tub. I was pleasantly surprised with how hot the water got, and the great water pressure. Check-in was easy, you just check in like you're going to a hotel. You have full access to all the hotel amenities and valet. The unit is definitely petite. There's a pull out couch and to fold away cots. I can't imagine the there'd be any room for even suitcases if you had all of the beds out. When I was there we just used the main bed so everything worked fine, but it would be extremely crammed with more than two people. There is a cooktop, microwave and mini-fridge. We didn't do any cooking there, so I can't speak to how well the appliances work. But it was nice to have a refrigerator since none of the strip hotels have them anymore. I would definitely stay here again.

The space is beautiful, clean, and in a great location! I particularly loved the huge jacuzzi tub and breathtaking views from the top penthouse floor. Nay and Kevin were hospitable and their unit is well maintained and perfect for any visit to Vegas!

Nat is a great host, and very quick to respond. We stayed for several days and had plenty of space to get ready and chill as well.. it was myself and two of my cousins. Great girls getaway! We could easily cook lighter meals with the two burner cooktop, the smaller fridge has amazing space, due to it being a deep fridge and a really cold top freezer for those yummy frozen drinks, the closets and storage for clothes is ample, the bathroom is amazingly huge, plenty of mirrors for everyone, and the best part of the room is definitely the view.. it’s phenomenal!!!!! The fitness rooms are fantastic as well. We also took advantage of the many pools & hot tubs. The walk to the Las Vegas Strip is super close, maybe 10 minutes, and safe. We weren’t gamblers so we always chose to walk the fresh air route right out of the hotel to the strip. I would definitely recommend Nat’s place for a Vegas getaway.

Had a great stay at the MGM. Accommodations were great. Location is a little ways from the main strip, but the MGM offers so much that leaving the campus is not necessary. Nat allowed us to check-in early, which was appreciated. At first we had extreme orders to follow for check-in (felt like a james bond movie), but things changed and were allowed to check-in via the front desk which made things much easier and convenient. We had 6 people in the room and it was not a problem . Overall, I would stay at the MGM and use Nat again.

Amazing host. The room came with everything you could possibly want, even a blender. The amenities at the resort are amazing, very big lazy river, tons of pools etc... The beds are comfy and everything is very clean. The host will send you tons of information and instructions and it will seem scary but don't worry it will help make your stay awesome.

The accommodations and location exceeded our expectations, awesome view. We were 6 girls and thought it might be too small but not the case we were able to all get ready even with just 1 shower. Beautiful Bathroom with dual sink, jacuzzi tub and private toilet (it has a door). The kitchenette had everything we needed 2 burners, microwave rangehood, refrigerator and pots/pans and utensils too. We cooked eggs and bacon and heat up leftover dinners. The refrigerator has plenty of space for us. All the beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. We definitely plan to go back and stay there again, we will have to plan much ahead so we can ensure we can stay at Nat's and Kevin's place.

This studio penthouse is the perfect place for a Las Vegas vacation Homebase or an affordable, relaxing staycation spot. My brothers and I loved the location, amenities and the comfort this place provided. Even with four large men in the one space it was everything we needed. We loved staying here. The condo is a short (inside) walk to the MGM casino and pools. The room has a great view of the strip. There is a huge jacuzzi tub and large shower. The pillows were also very comfortable. Nat was very accommodating and texted us many times to make sure we had checked in alright. There is free WIFI. Parking is free with your stay and the Resort fee is also included. The room has a blender, small fridge, and cook top. There is a bar and snack shop in the Lobby. We compared the prices to other hotels and this was by far the best deal. I didn’t realize resort fees were so expensive nowadays. Nat is an amazing host and we will definitely book with him again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
