This private luxury residential tower studio condo is connected to the world's largest Resort-Casino complex by 5 minute stroll in climate-controlled indoor moving walkways. They take you to the heart of the Resort-Casino, Grand Garden Arena and restaurant district without ever going outdoors. Tube down their signature lazy river, enjoy the 4 pool complex + 3 other pools behind your building. The complex has 7,043 rooms and 38 eating/drinking venues. That's a dream resort vacation!
The space
The luxury of a five-star Las Vegas hotel, the space and extras of an upscale condo, and the amenities of the world’s largest resort complex, combine in this 550 square-foot studio, located in the world's largest resorts' residential towers. Whether you’re searching for a cozy family rental, a centrally located spot for your bachelor or bachelorette party, or a Center Strip locale for your small group, this high-end studio suite is a perfect fit.Floor-to-ceiling glass windows draw you out and into the Las Vegas skyline – in this condo, to views of the mountains and golf courses for which the resort is famous. At the feet of the resorts three residential towers, a 5-star, mega resort-casino unrolls with seven pools, a lazy river, whirlpools, and waterfalls, as well as restaurants, bars, nightclubs (including Hakkasan, the largest nightclub in the world – right here, at the resort!), and entertainment venues.
Back inside the studio, a luxurious 550sf of upscale amenities welcome you with a king-sized bed, a queen-sized pullout sofa (quite comfortable, even for adult necks and backs), plus another 2 people on separate single foldaway ottomans, and an equipped kitchenette. The bathroom features 2 sinks, glass shower and Jacuzzi tub – perfect for romantic evenings.
There’s a 42” LCD HD TV, with full device connectivity, as well as one-touch control of your studio’s room features: dimmable lighting, climate controls, and more.
A workstation offers high-speed and wireless Internet connections. There’s also a laptop-sized, in-room safe.
Guest access
Located in world's largest resorts' residential towers, a complex of three towers, my luxury studio has access to some of the best that Las Vegas has to offer. The Grand Pool Complex offers 6.5 acres of pools (there are 7!), whirlpools (3), and cascading waterfalls, as well as the resort famous lazy river. Grab a daybed, reserve a cabana, or order up a poolside massage.Additionally, you’ll be connected by interior, climate-controlled moving walkway (like a flattened escalator, similar to what you find in airports) to all of the resorts: restaurants like Joël Robuchon, Tom Colicchio’s, Michael Mina Pub 1842, Tap Sports Bar, Crush, FiAMMA Trattoria & Bar, Morimoto Las Vegas, Hecho en Vegas, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, The Grand Wok and Sushi Bar, and Emeril’s New Orlean’s Fish House, as well as nightlife options Hakkasan (the world’s largest nightclub), Topgolf, Whiskey Down, Centrifuge, and Lobby Bar. A renowned dayclub, Wet Republic Ultra Pool, is also found within the resort.
The resort is also home to Topgolf, a four-level entertainment venue with climate-controlled hitting bays, self-scoring balls, interactive golf games, and other electronically assisted putting. There’s a barbershop, salon, Grand Spa & Fitness Center, not to mention entertainment options including Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club, Cirque du Soleil, Jabbawockeez, David Copperfield, and live concerts.

Other things to note
No parking included. Closest available parking is at least a 15 minute people-mover walk.However, we do have other listings that have free valet parking at building available. Please check those out by going through my property listings on my profile.
When all beds in open position, there's little room to walk around.
Furniture may have been added to or moved into different positions.

Report any issues to the host first and immediately in writing by text and give us an opportunity to resolve it first. You can't reasonably hold us responsible for something that you did not inform us of and give us a chance to correct. If you have any questions, comments or concerns during your stay, text and call Host immediately and repeatedly 24 hours/day.
If you have ever been or are also a host or in the process of creating a listing, you're not allowed to book this.

Nat was very helpful in ensuring that I had explicit directions and was there when I arrived. The location was EXACTLY what I needed and will stay here again.
Apt very nice and clean like 5* hotel easy to check in. with Nat his very good owner take care look after us. and good location too. only 4-5 min walk to strip st, I will recommend here for great holiday
When I come back to Vegas next, I'm definitely seeing if this place is available. It was a great experience from start to finish.
I needed to be close to the MGM Grand Garden Arena for work and Nat's place was perfect for that.

I loved the location, everything at walking stance...pools, shopping, nightlife and of course gambling. Room was comfortable, clean and roomy. Nat and his staff were helpul through the whole trip!!

Nat was awesome. I arrived to Vegas earlier then my check in time and he was able to check me in ahead of time. I also had a problem with my room key and he came within an hour to replace it.
Great space for a great price ..it is nice to be so close to MGM and Top Golf. Easy access to the strip and very easy to get everywhere including the airport !
Nat's place was nice and welcoming. The location was perfect! It was nice to walk away from the rowdiness of all the casinos and the strip and walk back to the peace and quite of the signature towers. Love, love this place!!

This location was just a quick walk to MGM and access to the strip. The bed was so soft and comfy I slept like a baby. Nat and Kevin were very quick to respond and easy to work with. Check in and check out were a breeze.

A typical Signature accommodation with all the amenities. Very nice experience. This is the second time I stayed at one of the Nat’s properties. He has earned super host status for good reasons.
The room is as it appears in the photos. The only thing we haven't seen the hostess at any time and she doesn't answer the phone, only the messages. The check in moment doesn't give much confidence either

Nat's place is right on the strip, near to many places. It's a pleasure staying there for our holiday.
This is not a ding on the place itself, but Uber pickups are a bit tricky as they instruct drivers to a location more central (main roundabout) to all Signature Tower (1,2,3) locations.
