This private luxury residential tower studio condo is connected to the world's largest Resort-Casino complex by 5 minute stroll in climate-controlled indoor moving walkways. They take you to the heart of the Resort-Casino, Grand Garden Arena and restaurant district without ever going outdoors. Tube down their signature lazy river, enjoy the 4 pool complex + 3 other pools behind your building. The complex has 7,043 rooms and 38 eating/drinking venues. That's a dream resort vacation!
The space
550 square feet with floor-to-high ceiling glass that draws you into the vibrant Las Vegas skyline. Easily sleeps 2 people in King-sized bed, 2 more in a Queen-sized pullout couch (which is firm and supportive for a pullout), plus another 2 people on two separate single foldaway beds.Guest access

Because this is a private condominium and not part of the casino-hotel, if you have any issues, immediately text and call the host directly at the number on the host's profile.Other things to note
This unit is not on the top most floor. It is on one of the top PentHouse levels.No parking included. Closest available parking is at least a 15 minute people-mover walk.
However, we do have other listings that have free valet parking at the property available. Please check those out by going through my property listings on my profile.
When all beds in open position, there's little room to walk around.
Furniture may have been added to or moved into different positions.

Nat is very easy to work with and communicates well. Check in was a breeze, although he was out of town and his surrogate was also exceptional. He is very responsive and makes every effort to ensure that your vacation is exceptional.

Make sure you don't drive your car. You really don't need it and there is no close parking available. The apartment is nice and well located.

Nat was an excellent communicator. The property was lovely, well-located in the middle of the Las Vegas strip, comfy bed and a kitchen area. Giant tub and shower in the bathroom!

Nays place is exactly as shown in the pictures. The great thing about this location is the access to amenities. You have access to each of the towers as well as the MGM grand. Lots of great conveniences.

Great place, as described. Short walk to MGM casino. My favorite part was a Starbucks in Tower 1 that was always much less busy than the Starbucks in the casino. Pool was great and I mostly had it to myself.

5 stars! Gorgeous, clean, spacious, and quiet. The video at night is spectacular. What a bargain too. I highly recommend it for a romantic stay, for close friends, and family with a quiet teen.

We had a lovely stay at Nat’s place. It was a very good location for us and we were able to walk everywhere. Nat was fast at responding to our messages which made the journey smoother. Checking in and out was well organized.

Nat's place was perfect for my friends and I. It was clean and had a beautiful view. There was plenty of room for us 3 ladies. We were able to easily get to the pools and other amenities.

Great location, especially for MGM events! Tram is close by too so if your bouncing around the city its a great place have as a home base. Host is quick to respond and address any issues that may come up.

The room is nice however the distance from the lobby to the room is really far. It’s a 20-30 minute walk from to lobby to the room. The owner was really nice and allowed us to check in early but because if the distance i would not rebook.

Great affordable place right off the strip! The walk isn’t that bad to the pool complex or the casino of MGM. Just bring a roadie. Easy access to the rest of the strip! Would definitely stay again!

Nat responses my questions quickly. Check in instruction, although detailed, is very clear and easy to follow. The room is spacious and clean so are the bathroom and toilet. Definitely it is worth for the price.

The unit is as pictured. It was comfortable, clean, safe, and provided ample space for 3 adults.

Amazing room to a very high standard. Very clean and a nice feel. Communication with hosts was fast and concise. Single beds looked uncomfortable for 3 50 year olds so decided to share king bed and sofa bed.
