This private luxury residential tower studio condo is connected to the world's largest Resort-Casino complex by 5 minute stroll in climate-controlled indoor moving walkways. They take you to the heart of the Resort-Casino, Grand Garden Arena and restaurant district without ever going outdoors. Tube down their signature lazy river, enjoy the 4 pool complex + 3 other pools behind your building. The complex has 7,043 rooms and 38 eating/drinking venues. That's a dream resort vacation!
The space
550 square feet with floor-to-ceiling glass that draws you into the vibrant Las Vegas skyline as your night’s soundtrack coming through the balcony door fills the suite. Easily sleeps 2 people in King-sized bed, plus 2 more in a Queen-sized pullout couch (which is firm and supportive for a pullout), plus another 2 people on two separate single foldaway beds.Guest access

No parking included. Closest available parking is at least a 15 minute people-mover walk.However, we do have other listings that have free valet parking at the property available. Please check those out by going through my property listings on my profile.
When all beds in open position, there's little room to walk around.

We didn't arrive in Vegas until 10:30pm and Nathan met up with us to make sure everything went smoothly upon check-in. We really appreciated him going out of his way to make sure it was a great vacation and for all your help.
Very spacious upper floor suite. Near the Aria and its associated convention facilities. Could actually walk to the strip, although a cab would be more convenient for many locations. Great spot for a business trip--comfortable, good wi-fi.
Communication was more than perfect, beautiful room, would definitely rebook for future visits.
Nat had great communication and always answered within minutes.

Location was perfect and the room comfortably fit 5 adults! You get access to the MGM pools (including the lazy river). The only issue we had was there wasn't any stocked toilet paper in the room but Nat brought some over which was great!

Th stay was very comfortable and we have access to all MGM Grands facilities. Though the parking is a bit distant, it is still a great place to stay. Would choose it the next time in Vegas.

Room was perfect for my friends and I, quiet hotel, with a 10 minute walk to the casino, close to the food/casino/clubs.
Nat’s place is very comfortable and close to everything on the strip. The balcony has an awesome view and the pool was very nice as well. Very easy to communicate with and made our stay a pleasure.
Nat and Kevin were perfect hosts! Anytime I needed something or had a question they responded quickly and were able to help with whatever I needed. The next time I go to Las Vegas I will definitely look into their properties again.

Perfect way to stay in LV. 1 block walk to PH and the strip. Beautiful, safe, equipped building and apt. 10/10 in all areas. Perfect for couple, business trip, or small family. Nice balcony & fresh air.
The place is quite nice; we slept five easily with the extra bed and it has a great bathroom. You’re close to the strip and have pool access.

Make sure you read the Check-in instructions properly. It is not a usual Check-in. if you don't understand anything it's better to ask before hand to avoid last minute chaos.

Booked the room for my family of 5 adults. The studio room is spacious and clean. Response time was quick. The location was perfect for Uber or Lyft, if needed.

Great location for using the lazy river at MGM! maybe a 10-15 min walk indoors using the moving walkways. Bring your own tube they are $25 at the resort! Great 3 day holiday just relaxing by the pool!
