Enter our residential tower from inside the Cosmopolitan Casino in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. A Strip view including Caesars’ Palace, High Roller observation wheel, Paris Balloon and Eiffel Tower!

The space

Studio condo located right in the center of the Las Vegas strip!

Comfortably sleeps 4 adults total. One queen size bed, double size pull-out sleeper couch. Junior Suite with microwave, mini-fridge and prep area with bbq grills located nearby. For your convenience, there are also coin-operated washer/dryer on the floor.

ROOM SIZE 60.392 squared
This suite features a dining area and living area featuring a sofa bed, master suite with a TV and one bathroom are also included.

This apartment is not in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. It is attached to the Cosmopolitan Casino complex by elevator to the residential part. An apartment in the Hotel would cost a lot more.

No additional resort fee as long as you follow the rules.

Located on the tourist portion of the Las Vegas strip where the mega-casinos are. At the newest, built from the ground up, Casino complex on the strip, Cosmopolitan Casino complex. Best Las Vegas location... on the strip in the city's center.

Guest access

Direct access to Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino amenities, 2 pools, including Cosmopolitan Hotel Chelsea Pool, 24 hour gym, the only 24 hour hot tub on the tourist part of the strip, BBQ grills and free parking included in the Cosmopolitan garage (do not park in reserved area).

We can provide you with guest lists to night clubs, information about restaurants/night clubs and VIP bottle service if you so desire.

Interaction with guests

We will leave you alone to enjoy the junior suite.

Other things to note

Time magazine lists the Bellagio fountains show as one of the #1 thing to do in Vegas and it is indeed something that the locals and insiders insist is a "can't miss" as well. And you have a partial view of the top of it from your room!! Show times change throughout the season but run frequently throughout the day (every 15-30 mins) so check the schedule, sit back and enjoy!!
You have to find out the current schedule at check-in to know when to look for the fountains show above the tree line.
This unit is on the 2nd floor and a lot of the view is the Bellagio parking garage.

If you have ever been or are also a host or in the process of creating a listing, you're not allowed to book this.

You are required to have already fully read, understand, and agree to all listing details and messages sent to you, and affirmatively confirm such. I arrived a bit ahead of schedule and was able to check in early at no extra charge. The location is very convenient. My plans also changed and I had to leave town early and was able to change my reservation to fit my schedule.

The place is in a prefect spot, right on the strip beside bellagio & cosmo. So it is easy to walking around to see all the shops and hotels! Highly recommend if you want to be right on the strip. And a huge plus to Nat’s quick responses and clear directions!

The check in process was non-standard and it surprised me a little because I didn't see this information readilly available in the listing. Basically the host or co-host meets you in a public area of the cosmopolitan to provide keys and show the room. Nat made it sound like being late for the narrow check in window was a big problem so be aware of this when you schedule your check in. Read the house rules carefully as they are particular. On the nights we stayed in the room there was also a decent amount of hallway noise from other gas in the area sort of obvious as you were on the strip but just something to be aware of. All things considered this is a nice place in a great location.

Great location in the middle of the strip with a kitchenette and quick access to a pool, hot tub and sauna for an end of day detox. A much better stay overall than all the casino hotels we've stayed at in the past. Would definitely recommend!

Location! Location! Location! The Las Vegas strip is at your door-step. 20 minutes walk in both directions allows you to cover 80% of the Las Vegas strip sights and sounds. Secure and neatly tucked away.

Nat and William were extremely nice. The both of them were amazing with communication from start to end. The place is nice and the right on the strip. Couldn’t have asked for better!

There is a vanity area just outside of the bathroom so you can get ready while someone is in the bathroom, but the only sink and hairdryer (which has a relatively short, coiled cord) are in the bathroom. I found myself wishing I had my hairdryer from home with a longer cord. However, the walk-in closet was a nice surprise!! It gave an added measure of privacy for a quick change of clothes when someone else was using the bathroom. I brought earplugs because someone else had mentioned the noise, and I was very glad I following that suggestion! In addition, there is a small refrigerator, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, and even an electric skillet! We used those things to save a little money by making a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. Overall, I felt that this condo was a great value for a great location and a very comfortable stay! I would definitely stay here again!

Nat’s place was very central, clean and easy to get around on the Strip. The communication from William and Nat was timely and they were both accessible at all times. The size of the room was much larger than I had expected and the size of the closet was large too. I would definitely recommend staying there to anyone that is looking for an affordable and central location in Vegas.

We had the best time! It was a perfect location for Vegas. Beautiful and clean room that was spacious that fit 8 girls and all the stuff we like to pack on trips. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

It’s a perfect location for visiting Las Vegas. Right on the strip. Excellent price as well. The room is bigger than I expect. So it’s perfect even for 4 people.

Nat is a wonderful host, offered clear communication and quick responses. The unit was clean and comfortable, had a great view, such a convenient location with the perks of having direct access to the Cosmopolitan. No complaints! Very happy!

Nat was a tremendous host for our stay in Las Vegas. From the quick responses to the room itself I really couldn’t find one thing to complain about. We had zero issues from check in to check out and are extremely lucky to have Nat as our host.
