This private luxury residential tower studio condo is connected to the world's largest Resort-Casino complex by 5 minute stroll in climate-controlled indoor moving walkways. They take you to the heart of the Resort-Casino, Grand Garden Arena and restaurant district without ever going outdoors. Tube down their signature lazy river, enjoy the 4 pool complex + 3 other pools behind your building. The complex has 7,043 rooms and 38 eating/drinking venues. That's a dream resort vacation!
The space
550 square feet with floor-to-ceiling glass that draws you into the vibrant Las Vegas skyline. Easily sleeps 2 people in a King-sized bed, plus 2 more in a Queen-sized pullout couch (which is firm and supportive for a pullout) and 2 more total on 2 separate single sized foldaway beds.Guest access

Because this is a private condominium and not part of the casino-hotel, if you have any issues, immediately text and call the host directly at the number on the host's profile.Other things to note
Free Valet parking at the building.Upon arrival, front desk takes temporary credit card authorization from you which allows you to open an account for incidentals, such as food, drink, pay per view, phone calls, dayclub/nightclub admission and show tickets you may purchase at any of the company’s resorts in all of Las Vegas and sign to the room. If you do not sign any additional purchases to the room, you will never even see a charge on your monthly statement when it arrives. The temporary authorization they take is $100/night up to $300 maximum.
When all beds in open position, there's little room to walk around.
Furniture may have been added to or moved into different positions.
Amenities availability, times and reduction are weather, government, health, building management, safety, occupancy and fire codes, statutes, rules, orders, bylaws and laws permitting.

Additional rulesYou are not renting a Hotel room. This is a Private vacation rental Condominium. If you request to exchange or additional towels, and we are able to deliver an extra towel to you, there is a $50 fee/delivery.

Must be at least 18 years old to book. Must have at least 1 member of your group who is 21 years old. 21+ year old member must arrive for check-in first.
The temporary authorization bank card used to open your house account with the building, must also belong to the 21+ year old person.
The first and last name of 21+ Years old guest who checks in first, as it appears on their government issued photo identification, must be communicated and agreed to before earliest official check-in time marked on the public listing description.
Trying to change guest name/person to check-in first within 24 hours before this listing’s publicly published default check-in time or at/after arriving to complex are violations.
Enjoy yourselves and have fun, but please be considerate of others in the building.
Report any issues to the host first and immediately in writing by text and give us an opportunity to resolve it first. You can't reasonably hold us responsible for something that you did not inform us of and give us a chance to correct. If you have any questions, comments or concerns during your stay, text and call Host immediately and repeatedly 24 hours/day.
If you have ever been or are also a host or in the process of creating a listing, you're not allowed to book this.
You are required to have already fully read, understand, and agree to all listing details and messages sent to you, and affirmatively confirm such.
You are required to provide the following information so we can prepare for your arrival: airline names, flight #’s, reservation # ‘s and landing times, phone # 's and property arrival times of both primary and 1st arriving guests, if they will have Checked luggage, if they will have a rental car, rental car companies and reservation #’s, first and last names of all guests and an email address for each.If you can not read English well, you are required to get it translated. If at any point it seems like you did not read, understand or remember any part of that or have an inaccurate expectation, host reserves the right to cancel.
Clean up of any biological, hazardous or potentially hazardous materials in any form will result in an additional BioHazard/HazMat cleaning fee over and above the standard fee you agree to pay at time of booking which does not cover extreme or dangerous health situations like that. This biohazard fee will be equal to the already agreed on regular cleaning fee and in addition to it. This fee will be in addition to any actual cost incurred by having to hire a HazMat or BioHazard contractor to do the actual clean-up, which you will also be responsible for.
Any rule violation or the slightest early check-In attempt or late Check-Out attempt, will incur cancellation by guest and $100 additional charge/violation/person/night. No building staff can authorize early check in or late check out (even in writing or by their actions). Early check-in and late check-out can only be authorized by the host directly.
Even unsuccessfully attempting to check in early without 24 hour notice before will incur the Early check-in fee.

This condo is amazing! The view of the strip is stunning at night, the room was super clean and spacious, and the resort amenities like the lazy river were top-notch. Nat also responds very quickly to any questions and was very courteous!

Nat’s place is an amazing apartment, very tidy and spacious with massive bed and shower. It’s in a great spot right by the strip, connected to the MGM casino. Views are wonderful, a true Vegas experience.

If you have Problem of walking tower3 is not good to stay .the closer tower is 1 to mgm casino…and also you can use monotrail from mgm to another hotel like Paris/Venetian hotel/Ceasar palace… overall it’s great..

Met our needs for the time we were in Vegas. Great view and it was nice to walk to the other towers even if it was a longer walk it was still worth it. Very comfy bed and the pullout beds were good for those who slept on them.

Great place! Communication is very thorough so make sure you answer everything and read the details. Outside of that it’s a great place to stay. Location is perfect. 5-10 min walk to the MGM Grand.

The location and view were great. Being able to walk to the MGM while staying in the A/C was amazing for July. Any issues that arose were taken care of immediately. I would quickly book again.

Good weekend getaway. Part Of MGM. So you enjoy they’re amenities as-well. Would walk over every day. Good for a group of 4 confortably.

Luxury appartement with nice view very close to the strip. Entering the complex for the first time is unusual, but with great support by the host comfortable.
Really worth it! The room was on 33 floor with a great view. It has a lot a lot of extra bed too.
Great spot, everything was as described. I was annoyed at having to answer a questionnaire at first l, but upon checking in I realized how smoothly it made everything go.
The stay was close to all the casinos and there was valet parking all time that was cool.
Definitely recommended! Beautiful apartment, perfect location, polite, efficient service. And the pools are really nice :) we very much enjoyed our stay and would love to stay at Nat’s place again. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay, short walk to he strip, dont have to go outside to get into the MGM. Great balcony and view. I've stayed at multiple of Nat's locations. All great places!

Tolle Wohnung in der 33. Etage mit Blick auf den Strip und großem Balkon und einer kleinen Sitzmöglichkeit. Sehr schnelle und nette Kommunikation mit Nat dem Eigentümer der Wohnung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall die Wohnung wieder buchen!

We enjoyed our stay. The place felt very clean and welcoming. Just one small suggestion, turn the refrigerator thermostat down low. It froze our food. But I would definitely stay again!

If your intention is to be in the hustle and bustle of the strip be prepared to walk quite a ways before you ever get to a casino. If you want a little if both the strip and something calmer. This is perfect.
Very responsive host and friendly! Their unit is clean and as described. It is very walkable since it is attached to the mgm grand. I would stay here again when visiting Vegas.
Very nice place. It has an amazing view. The only difficulty is the parking after hours. Need to walk almost 20 mins. Other thann that evrything is pretty much as expected. Very good
