The moving walkway takes 2 minutes to get to the hippest casino-hotel in Vegas. This 4 diamond luxury condo-resort's spacious long studio room has the most complete and desired full strip/city view from the balcony, and a jacuzzi tub. Many celebrities like Floyd Mayweather and Nicholas Cage live and own in this building. I am a SuperHost and you can read my other places’ reviews, so rest assured you’ll get top-notch service.
The space
This spacious long studio with modern stainless steel is equipped kitchenette, small refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, balcony, and marble bathroom with jacuzzi tub. This 615 square feet studio and balcony is 1 big room sleeping at least 2 people comfortably on the California King-sized bed, 2 more people on the double-sized pull-out sofabed, 1 shorter adult on the sofabed's attached L shaped side section/chaise and 2 more on the 2 separate single size foldout ottoman bedsGuest access
All amenities of this residential building and adjoining casino-hotel are included, the same as if you were guests of the hotel for all 3 pools (2 at the Casino-Hotel and 1 at your Residence-Hotel), all 3 hot tubs (2 at the Casino-Hotel and 1 at your Residence-Hotel), both gyms and complimentary access to the DayClub & Nightclub for you and a guest by showing your room key at the front of the line before 12:00AM. The separate on-property private spas charge additional nominal daily access fee(s) for their spa services if you choose to use them.Interaction with guests
You will not see me, other than at check-in. If you need anything, do not bother the front desk. Text and call the number sent in your official Airbnb website message thread inbox, and someone will be sent immediately to take care of the issue. Unfortunately, due to the design of the wifi network and building restrictions, only one device can be on the Wi-Fi during your stay. The connection is fast enough for email and still photos but not video. Do not charge anything to the room. Anything charged to the room will be passed on to you through Airbnb plus a $40 service fee/item.There is an icemaker, 2 burner stovetop, and microwave oven, but no conventional/convection oven. When all beds are in the open position, there's little room to walk around.

We had a great stay at Nat’s place. It is roomy and we appointed with plenty of towels. There is a nice big balcony with a gorgeous view of the strip. Nat was very responsive and made sure we didn’t have any issues throughout the stay.

This place had an awesome view of the Vegas strip, you could see the entire strip from the Stratosphere all the way to Mandalay Bay. The room was very nice and comfortable. Nat was a great host.

Yes wifi only worked on one phone... but we were easily able to cuddle up and still watch (stream) Netflix hung over in bed all day! It was perfect!

A modern up-scale studio apartment on the 21st floor of the Palms Place Hotel & Casino. Less than 10 minutes from the strip with a large in-house casino in the property!
