This 1BR oversize condo has the perfect Center Strip location, next door to the Bellagio fountains, City Center, and numerous casino-resorts, including the Paris, Aria, & Planet Hollywood. Enjoy two pools, hot tubs, gyms, and other premium amenities. The “deluxe” designation means it’s larger than standard 1-bedrooms – you’ll love the added space in the bedroom, living room, and bathroom, plus the extra half-bath – making it perfect for families, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other groups.

The space

There’s location, and then there’s LOCATION – and this condo has the latter, in spades.

Located smack in the center of the Las Vegas strip, this 1-bedroom deluxe condo is the perfect choice for families, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and other groups (max: 7) seeking Center Strip excitement at an off-the-strip price.

At approximately 900 square feet, this larger-than-standard deluxe 1BR is more spacious than almost all other one-bedrooms, and can comfortably sleep 7 in two queen beds in the bedroom, one pullout sleeper sofa in the living room, and an optional rollaway bed in the living room (upon advanced request). With 1.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of elbow room to get ready, be it to go out with the family or to hit the town for a bachelorette’s final hurrah.

To round out the offerings, there’s a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located outside the condo, but in the building.

Adjacent and attached by elevator to the luxury Cosmopolitan Casino – you’ll have free access to many of the Cosmo’s amenities, by the way (see Guest Access, below) – the building trades luxury and fine finishes for extra space and extra dollars – lots and lots of extra dollars. Please note that this condo is NOT located in the Cosmopolitan; it is next door and attached to the Cosmo by elevator.

So, save your budget for fun money, and enjoy Las Vegas’s legendary casinos, dining and entertainment! Skip the $1,000/night hotel bill and instead, opt for this budget-friendly, spacious condo right on the Center Strip.

Guest access

Nothing can beat a Center Strip location, but the condo's amenities come close. The building itself offers a year-round, 24-hour heated pool, as well as a hot tub, sauna, and fully equipped fitness center. There’s also dining, an outdoor sitting area, laundry and dry-cleaning services.

Families appreciate the onsite lending library, outfitted with DVDs, books and games. Additionally, the property offers activities for kids, including arts & crafts, ice cream and movie nights.

What really puts us over the top, though, are the offerings next-door, at the Cosmopolitan: your room key grants you free access (no resort fee required) to the Cosmopolitan Chelsea pool and 14th-floor tennis courts (advance notice required). Use of the Cosmopolitan spa and gym are available for a fee, which Cosmopolitan Hotel guests also separately pay.

An elevator connects the building to the Cosmo, and then winds out and throughout the City Center – in total, a huge facility that combines numerous resorts, as well as casinos, restaurants, shopping, and more. You’ll never have to leave.

Other things to note

There is no view of anything, except the Cosmopolitan Hotel's wall. One rollaway bed is available and offered at no additional cost, but must be requested 24 hours in advance, as availability is limited.

The building has low (think Frank Lloyd Wright-height) drop ceilings, which can make the hallways seem cramped. Please also note that there is no view to speak of; the windows look directly onto the wall of the Cosmopolitan Casino building, newest built from the ground-up luxury resort-casinos on the Strip.

The location is amazing it's private and not loud like the hotels with casino. It was a little tricky to find but Nat provided us with steps and we found the place. It's right in the center of everything and the discriprion is exactly how it is. Nat responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. Would definitely stay there again.

Great experience. The place was clean and spacious, just what I expected it to be. It is also in a great location on the strip, right next to Caesars palace and the Bellagio. Nat was a very responsive host, and asked to let him know if we needed anything. Would definitely come back.

The place was very clean and very close to the strip. They had all the things a place would need so all we needed was to buy food. Pots, plates, etc were included! Nat was very good about communication and I know she stayed up late to make sure we were comfortable. She even asked me to text her when I made it home. She is such a sweetheart!

We loved this place right on the strip. It is a hidden gem right next to The Cosmopolitan Hotel. The whole apartment was so spacious, including the restrooms and closets. It came equipped with extra towels, toiletries and basic kitchen necessities. All of the staff members were helpful and friendly. The valet service was an added bonus, which was so inexpensive! I would love to come back to this apartment in the future. It was also very clean and well maintained. There was so view but we did not mind it one bit. Thank you Nat for an awesome listing!

Nat was awesome. He was extremely responsive and tried his best to accommodate our group. The location of the apartment is awesome! He even made sure an extra roll-away bed was in the suite when we arrived. If you want a no frills, but a clean and roomy pleasant Vegas experience, then rent here. The staff at the Jockey Club were nice. Overall, we were very pleased with Nat's apartment and would definitely rent again.

We were next door at the Cosmopolitan for 4 days and just did not want to pay $550 a night for the last night, this is how we found this place. It is hooked directly onto the Cosmo. We will NEVER stay at the Cosmo again, this is a Super Clean , friendly, easy check in, much larger place to stay. I will book Nats place for every trip to vegas in the future. The communication from Nat from the moment of booking all the way through till the end was priceless. Definitely a 5 start from this customer. Dont get sucked into the Giant Hotels and their resort fees and no coffee in rooms anymore. Stay with Nat !!!!! Only 100 meters from Las Vegas Blvd !!!!!

This was a very last minute reservation and Nat was very responsive and accommodating. He provided step by step instructions for how to find and access the room, which can be tricky in Vegas buildings. The room was furnished like a hotel so it had everything we needed, including lots of pillows, blankets, towels and toiletries.

This condo was very spacious for a one bedroom slept 5 of us comfortably and the location was great. Attached to the Cosmopolitan casino and close to the tran. Nat was very quick to respond to any questions and requests! He was a fantastic host. We look forward to future stays with the host!

Nat was awesome for us and made our stay very smooth. We had a group of 7 which made finding rooms hard and expensive--finding this property was a big saver for us! The loft was enough room for our group and having the extra half bath was nice for getting ready, etc. We requested the extra roll out bed and it was waiting upon arrival. Nat was very detailed from start to finish and made things very easy for us. Things are like mazes here and the details were very nice to have and made us not lost at all. Overall I would highly recommend this property and Nat for any trip. For what we paid and the location we couldn't have asked for any better of a time. We will be back for sure!

This is easily the best priced apartment on the Las Vegas strip, bar none! Literally an elevator ride into The Cosmopolitan Casino... so you have all the luxurious features of a 5 star location for a 3 star price! The apartment was perfect for my husband and I for our 3 day stay... having a full kitchen was an absolute bonus... as was the 1.5 bath. It had everything we needed and was so clean and comfortable. The apartment was in an amazing location - and the price was beyond belief! We usually stay at The Cosmo or Aria - I will never waste such $$$ again - Nat has really spoilt us! Thanks for being such a great host Nat... your availability and communication style is to be commended. We had an absolute ball! We highly recommend this property and will stay again next time we are in Vegas. Thanks for everything!

Nats place is great to explore Las Vegas. It's located right on the strip. So you step out of the door and you are standing right in front of famous Bellagio. The location is amazing. The place is a nice place that can fit a lot of travelers. Just make sure to tell Nat if there are more than 6 people staying. He is super easy to communicate with and helps wherever he can. The apartment is kinda difficult to find, but he gave us a very detailed description so that we had no troubles finding our place to stay. I would definitely recommend the place because it's clean, nice and has a great location. And if you want you can even take a bath in the outdoor pool, which is free and open 24h. We enjoyed it a lot. Thanks a lot Nat for this great stay :)

All the 5-star reviews are right on. This place is an INCREDIBLE find. We had a group of six people in our mid-twenties staying, and this was the perfect spot for us: central, comfortable, spacious, and super affordable. The 24-hour heated pool and hot tub were a wonderful bonus. We could not have had a better experience. Nat is also am amazing, responsive, and reliable host. We'll definitely be back!

This is an economical choice of a full one bedroom apartment with full kitchen. The kitchen is modestly equipped, so don't expect everything. It's a quiet location, but just steps away from the Cosmo and Bellagio. Great accommodations considering the size, kitchen and location. I'd recommend. Just don't expect 5 star marbled halls with statues..... :-)

Overall, a fine experience, but not great. The place was clean and spacious, and the location was great. The room and Timeshare building as a whole were a little "worn-in", but nothing too bad there. The Host's assistant was somewhat curt/accusatory when there was a miscommunication about a possible late check-out, but the host themselves went out of their way to try and fix the situation.

I was traveling with friends and this space worked out so well! We were able to all stay together instead of getting two hotel rooms. It wasn't as glitzy as staying at one of the fancy hotels on the strip, but it's just as close to everything and much more affordable!

Nat is an incredible host. The most communicative, responsive and 'aim to please' that I have encountered. The unit is very large, clean and extremely convenient. 1 min. walk to the strip once you leave your room- try that staying in any of the large hotels. Connecting to the Cosmopolitan is wonderful and convenient, especially with access to their amenities. The only disappointment is the building and unit are a bit 'dated' though in fine condition. That said, if you want a large 1 bd rm, with a great location, access to the Cosmo and a host who will make sure you are satisfied, this place is for you.

Location is fantastic. The home is all carpet and decor is old so feels a bit unclean to me personally. I would opt for an off strip location next time with much better decor and furniture and drive to the strip - but just a personal preference. I came with my family so if nightlife is what you are going for this would be ideal for you.

Awesome location. No need to walk outside to get the Cosmo hotel. Also very close to other hotels like Planet Hollywood, where we went to see the Backstreet Boys perform at Axis. Right next to Bellagio as well and a short walk from night/day clubs like Marquee, Drai's, etc. Definitely would stay here again and Nat is super responsive if there's any issues and handles things right away.

This place is a great value in a prime location on the strip. With direct access to the Cosmo, you don't even need to step outside to be in one of the biggest casinos and nicer hotels. The room is very spacious and well-maintained. Since it's part of the Jockey Club, as a guest you'll have full access to the receptionist desk, which was really helpful. When we arrived, we were short on towels, but a quick phone call to the front desk made it very easy to resolve that issue. And since this room is not facing the strip, it was quiet at night. Having access to the Cosmo pool is also a big plus. We had 7 people and fit very comfortably. We all really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend the location.

Great place to stay if you are wanting to be center strip and in the middle of all the action. Nat is an awesome host and definitely takes care of you. We had a bachelor party and the place really made this trip work out the best for all 11 of us. 6 of us stayed in the room and the rest stayed a little off strip but we used here as base camp and it worked out great.

Host responded to messages and concerns quickly. Perfect location on the strip, best bang for your dollar. We preferred the Jockey Club valet ($5/24hours) over the free Cosmo parking/valet. It was more convenient without having to go through multiple elevators and you can completely avoid the casino floor. Also, it took a few wrong turns but we quickly figured out how to navigate between the JC and Cosmo. The room was a spacious one bedroom. The one and a half bathroom was great since the room can sleep seven people, which was the number of people we had. Nothing fancy about the room or the resort, hence the deal on the price and location. The sleeper sofa is old and wasn't comfortable. It also wasn't clear what house keeping the JC provides. Do they give fresh towels, take out the trash, pick up around the room like a hotel? I got the impression they only do if you specifically call house keeping and request.

Nat's place was great. It was close to the strip, but much quieter than staying in a casino hotel. Nat was very responsive to questions that came up during the stay. The parking garage was convenient and provided in/out privileges which was great. We enjoyed the pool at the Cosmopolitan which was included with our stay at Nat's place. The Hospitality Suite offered activities, free coffee and popcorn as well as a movie lending library. We definitely would stay here again!

Nat's place was in a perfect location right next to the Bellagio with easy parking off the strip. We had quick access to the Cosmopolitan hotel, casino, and parking and a quiet room big enough for all of us. Thank you again, Nat! We had a great time.

Staying the night at Nat’s place was absolutely amazing! She gave us very detailed directions on how to get to the condo, which would have been very confusing without them. The condo was very clean, and it had a very homey vibe! Nat was very accomadating, and she really cared! She even checked up on us to see if we made it home safely! 11/10 recommend!!

The furniture is a bit dated as Nate mentioned in his post, however, it is an excellent value and the furniture is still quite comfortable. Great location on the strip. Nat's place was more than to be expected. The location is ideal and we ended up there during a very rare snowstorm. Being connected to the Cosmo made it convenient for us to meet friends that were staying there without having to be out in the weather. The condo was beyond clean, beds were incredibly comfortable, and with having food allergies, having a kitchen was ideal to keep snacks and prep shakes and small meals. We got stuck with the storm for an additional two days. Although the place we stayed was booked Nat offered us a few other options. We had already found a spot but he was incredibly thoughtful and kind to offer suggestions. I cannot wait to come and stay again!

Nat's apartment is at a great location, right next to the strip. The directions given were perfect and we could reach the apartment without any inconvenience. The apartment itself was very clean and had all the amenities mentioned on Airbnb. She was in touch with me to ensure we are comfortable. The location is right on point and in the middle of all the attractions and casinos. The fact that everything was walking distance and accessible made our stay a breeze. The apartment is very spacious and fit our party of 4 but could’ve fit at most 7. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen had the basic things needed to make breakfast and other quick meals. The only thing I think I would improve is the decor and the sofa bed to make it more welcoming and comfortable however the rollaway compensated for the sofa bed.

Don’t even bother looking for another place to stay. Just book this one! PERFECT location. Very convenient, lots of space, fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. The hot tub & pool were perfect after a long day of walking on the strip. There was even a ping pong table by the pool which was fun. Amazing hosts, quick responses, very informative which was super helpful. Staying here definitely made my trip much more enjoyable. Staff was very nice from check in to check out. I will be booking again in the future!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! You won't find a better deal than this. You're right in the centre of the strip and you pay a fraction of the cost. Located adjacent to the cosmopolitan hotel (in the jockey club). The suite was spacious and clean, it was helpful having two washrooms. Wifi was a bit shaky but not a big deal at all. Nat was a great host, answered all of my questions in a super efficient manner, and had great recommendations for must-try restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the location was perfect and private. Great amenities located within the building (free popcorn! tons of movies and books). You would be hard pressed to find a better stay than this.

This apartment is in such a great part of the strip! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s smack center of the best part of the strip which make pretty much every attraction walking distance. This place is very roomy. The parking was so convenient, not to mention it is free which is hard to find on the strip. Even if you stay in a hotel on the strip they charge parking! It’s just a superb place! I really recommend this place!

The room itself was extremely spacious, clean and well air-conditioned (necessary for summer months in Vegas). The kitchen area was another bonus for the night we didn’t want to eat out. This affordable place in center of Las Vegas was just oustanding! There are no views from the windows, but there’s access to hotel pool area which was one of the greatest experiences on our holiday. You really cannot beat this location and price on the strip. We had a lot of fun up at the Chelsea pool and hanging out at the Cosmo right next door. Excellent location!!! Walking distance to everywhere I wanted to visit. Refrigerator with a freezer (cold drinks anytime), Microwave and a stove (cook or reheat my food)- beat that hotels. Will be a little tricky with the Uber drop off and pickup location so I suggest asking someone. I came with 4 other people and the place served us well.

GREAT location. Its a great spot on the strip with easy walking access. The drive in is tricky but just note that it is the Jockey which is surrounded by the Cosmopolitan. The parking garage was a bit of a challenge to navigate but once you’re in it’s good to go. Staff were very nice and always willing to help. The popcorn, movies, hot chocolate by the check in were a big hit with our three kids. The room is next to the fountain shows. The Eiffel Tower is just across the street, and a food court mall is also convenient. We were able to walk to the M&M store, Excalibur.... The room is very large and the kitchen well equipped.

I would say, this may be the best value Airbnb in Vegas. No need for a vehicle and you are steps away from the Bellagio, Caesars Palace, New York New York, Planet Hollywood - they are ALL right there! No waiting for busses or taking Ubers. We even got Golden Knights hockey tickets and walked to T-Mobile arena. I’ve stayed at over 50 Airbnb’s and I would definitely re-book at Nat’s place.
