When only the best is enough, look no further than this spectacular studio. This lavish non-gaming property, located just over 200 hundred meters (3 minute walk) from the Strip’s craziness, offers tranquility and upscale amenities: a world-class spa, pool deck, high-tech fitness center, and two restaurants. When only the best amenities, the best shopping, & the best views will do for your romantic or family vacation, then the only choice is my 515 square-foot studio.

When you have this view, of course!

Step into my private studio, and you’re immediately struck by the WOW Factor. My only-in-Vegas vista sweeps south past the Wynn and Treasure Island Casino and settling on the glowing lights of Paris’ Eiffel Tower. It’s breathtaking and it’s all your own, from the floor-to-ceiling windows of your private studio.

Located just over 200 meters from the Strip, this studio offers a perfect balance: It’s far enough from the nonstop craziness, lights and sounds of Las Vegas to guarantee a mellow setting, but close enough that you’ll have easy access to everything.

Inside, the studio is spacious, offering 515 square-feet of total luxury: a king-sized bed, living area with queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchenette (with a small Sub-Zero fridge), and luxe bathroom with Italian-marble floors, his and hers double-vanity, enormous jet-spray tub, and separate glass-encased stalls for the huge marble shower and private toilet. So go on and fire up your bubble bath!

Of course, when you stay at the 5-star non-gaming property, you’re here for more than a luxury room. Onsite, you’ll have access to two restaurants, a spectacular outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi, a high-tech, 24-hour fitness center, and one of the world’s top spas, among other amenities. (See Guest Access, below, for more details.)

You’re staying at one of the most upscale, luxurious 5-star properties in Las Vegas, and that affords you access to some of the world’s best amenities.

Take the elevator to the 7th-floor deck, and luxuriate in the palm-lined, 110-foot heated pool set against a postcard-perfect backdrop. This may be the most urbane, chillest pool in Vegas – perfect for swimming laps during on weekdays, when the property is quiet, and for letting the kids splash to their hearts’ content.

The pool deck also offers up ample lounge chairs, Jacuzzi, and (for additional cost) air-conditioned, gold-accented private cabanas, outfitted with wet bars and flatscreen TVs. Poolside wait service is available from the adjoining H2(eau) bar & restaurant; why not order up one of the properties specialty cocktails?

In addition to H2(eau), this is home to the lobby-level DJT Restaurant and Bar.

You’ll be pleased to know that the onsite private Spa (fee based) made Condé Nast Traveler’s “Top 50 Spas in the World” list – and it’s easy to see why: with 11,000 square-feet of sumptuous facilities, the spa offers a full treatment menu, including massages and body treatments.

Finally, you’ll have access to the new included 24-hour TechnoGym fitness center, which has high-tech cardio and strength-training equipment, complementary bottled water, and an excellent pool view through floor-to-ceiling windows.

There’s also a for-fee business center, with computers, printer and copy machine.

There’s also a free Outdoor parking valet, luggage storage and white-gloved doormen at your service just outside the front doors!

Unlike all other properties and even most other Airbnb properties in this same building, at my studio there are no pricey, surprise resort fees at check-in. What's more, you won't have to sit through any tedious timeshare presentations, because I already did. =)

Other things to note

The Trump International™ Las Vegas is a non-gaming property, which means there is no onsite casino. Donald Trump no longer personally makes any money from this property. We’re also just over 200 meters off the main Strip.

My guests see these as good things: It’s tranquil here, unlike at the big casino-resorts. The crowd is more mature, and is accustomed to the finer things in life. All this combines to make my studio perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation.

The second bed is a double size pullout sofa-sleeper.

Nat was thorough and stayed in contact constantly to alleviate any problems or issues that may have occurred. First off, if you're looking for a place to stay and this is available I highly recommend booking. It's an amazing room for the price and a great view. I was very upset to leave that amazing cloud-like bed. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious, as well as everything else about this place. I was able to valet my car and get my bags check in before the room was ready, there was no cost for it but we did tip those who helped. I wish we were staying longer to enjoy everything this place has to offer but nonetheless one of the best places I've stayed hands down!

Staying at Nat's studio was very nice. We were on the 45th floor with amazing views on Vegas. It was very spacious, very clean and Nat was very communicative. He kept checking up on us here and there to make sure we were ok. Check-in literally took no more than 10 minutes. If you're a light sleeper, you might be woken up by the train that passes by at night. The windows are not very soundproof. I have nonissue with noise so that didn't bother me at all. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anybody looking for an airbnb in Vegas!

It was a total delight staying in Nat's home. Everything was right there at our fingertips and the location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and all the venues Vegas has to offer. Would love to stay here again next fall during my annual trip.

The Nat's Luxury Studio is awesome. The place is just like described, with an awesome view of the Strip, a great location (far enough so you can relax without noises and close enough to the Strip so you can enjoy it without needing a car, taxi or uber), non Casino Hotel (it means, no smoke smell and no drunk and inconvenient people around). I loved every part of the Studio, the bed is incredible confortable, the bathroom is huge and awesome. I spent 4 nights there with my sister, my uncle and my aunt, it fits we all there with no problem at all. There was everything we need in the studio. I totally recomend. Now about Nat...Nat is a very nice person who really cares about his guests. He answers all the messages very quickly and he is always helpfull and happy to help. Thank you for everything Nat. Of course there are a few rules (it is an AirBnB inside a 5 stars hotel), but Nat is very clear about them all and since you follow it (no big deal at all) you will be good. For sure I will stay there again in my next trip to Vegas!

1) Unit - I love the unit! It is a huge studio that has a good size kitchenette equipped with the things that you might need while in Vegas. You really do not think about cooking while in Vegas on a Christmas holiday but knowing that you have a fridge, microwave and 2 burner electric stove to heat up your left-over food is a great feeling. Nat provides plates, glasses, silverware and even Keurig coffee maker and Keurig cups. I loved sitting on the couch by the window and look at the strip at night and also the mountains. Gorgeous views!!! I love the huge bathroom, especially the double sinks. I always bring my own toiletries but the toiletries in the unit smell go great. The bed is so comfortable! I love everything about the unit. 2) The Hotel and Location - I love that it is 2-3 minute walk off the strip. You cross the small road (from the hotel lobby/driveway) and there you are at the Fashion Show Mall (via Nordstrom entrance) that gives you not only a lot of shopping options but also easy access to get to Las Vegas Boulevard. I love that is away from the maddening crowds and it is so tranquil at night, yet so accessible to all the activities, shopping, restaurants and other hotels. The hotel is clean and beautiful. You feel so safe being here and I love that there is no casino. :-) It's a 5 star hotel that gives you a lot of privacy and peace when you are in the studio unit! 3) Nat - Nat is SUPERHOST!!! Such a lovely and considerate host, it was a pleasure to meet him. He showed us the unit and gave some us some tips. He is just a text away for any questions, concerns, not that I had any but it is a wonderful feeling knowing that you can contact your host anytime, 24/7 and responds so quickly. He gives you a 5 star service. I totally recommend this property and Nat!

Value was superb. Couldn't be beat, especially during the week of my conference. The room was clean, smelled ok, and was as the pictures show. Upon my very late arrival, I met with Darren who brought me to the room and stayed in touch to ensure all went well. The bed is amazing! Heaven really. The jetted 2+ person tub is a dream!!! Plenty of space for almost any need. I stayed 9 days total, and it felt like home. The Internet was hard to get going on my desktop, yep, I brought my desktop, but Darren, Nat and tech staff fixed the issue and there were none with that afterwards. Parking is a small inconvenience. The listing says complimentary parking, which it is, technically, but you really need to tip, so budget $3-5 each time you move your car. I switched between the mall parking across the street, for free, and valet. The pool is awesome, but sadly open only until 7pm. Nat came by about 3 days before check out and gave me new room keys. He has a solid handshake, very professional, and stylish. All in all, I would totally do it again. Likely at any location Nat hosts as the experience was pretty pleasant. I think you'll find the same with your experience. P.S. Trump Hotel is a really nice property, one of the nicest options in Vegas.

This was a wonderful experience. Very clean and quiet residence. This location is Great! It is connected to the strip via the fashion mall across the street. The view of the strip is wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the bathroom. And the kitchenette was an added luxury. All access was granted to the pool and gym area. And the DJT restaurant serves some if the best food I have ever eaten. Nat was prompt with all communication. And also was kind enough to extend my stay at the last minute. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed.

Details on this airbnb are very accurate. I like being a little off the strip. Always had a shuttle available to get to the strip. Awesome shopping mall across the street. The host, Nat, was absolutely the best. He was very helpful but not intrusive.

Look no further and book this one!! Not only was Nat an amazing, thoughtful host but the hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect!!! Probably the best nights sleep I have had in a while, bed super comfy. Nat was even able to accommodate some last minute plans for me as I didn't want to leave! He seems to be the man in vegas.. free tickets to shows!!! It's a fancy hotel but has a very welcoming, chill, eager to please atmosphere, perfect for any occasion/traveler(s). There is bar restaurant down stairs, awesome pool (pool side bar and cabbanas) spa, gym and you can walk to the strip!! I can't express how impressed I was with my stay. This is first class all the way, I felt spoiled and safe and saved money being able to walk to strip, restaurants and casinos. If you do need a ride, there are alway taxis out front waiting and uber gets there in 2 minutes with no confusion (valet as well). Even had food delivered one night super late with ease/nonjudgement. The staff treats you and your guests like royalty.. I can't wait to go back to Vegas and I'm not even going to bother to look elsewhere. Traveled with other people who were just as impressed (and they are super picky!!) By far one of the best airbnbs I have booked. You can't get a better deal, location, host then this.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Trump International in Las Vegas. This place was perfect for us. Location of the resort was great. The room was very nice. We were in Vegas for 4 nights. It was close to the mall and had lots of options for restaurants. The shuttle service to the Wynn and Caesar's Palace was a nice added feature. We made good use of the Fitness Center and the pool. The view of the strip was stunning. Nat, our host, was easy to work with and very thorough. He communicated very well. This was our first time using AIRBNB and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. We'd do it all again!!! Great resort and great service...check!

Nat was great at communicating the rules before our check-in. Since we booked during a holiday, Nat was not there to personally greet us. Kevin, who was an awesome substitute host answered all our questions and even checked us in early. This was a plus for us because we were able to leave our stuff and start the adventure in LV. Also noteworthy was a nice selection of TV and movie channels in the suite. The Trump hotel has no casino so it's non-smoker friendly especially people with kids, asthma, lung problems, etc. The DJT restaurant had great food (albeit pricey) and a nice swimming pool too which is heated to 81F year round. The hotel was also directly across the Fashion Show mall. For reference, walking to the Palazzo hotel is about 15-20 minutes depending on how fast you walk.

I along with my two friends stayed here and were in love with the place as soon as we entered. The view from the 45th floor was to die for.. We use AirBnB quite a bit. Nat’s condo was one of the best! The communication was second to none. Nat was super quick to initiate and reply to messages and provided outstanding instructions for check-in. The condo was super convenient and beautiful. Overlooked the Strip from a high floor. Location is just a block off of the strip and easy to walk. Highly recommend this location. I plan to stay again next time I’m in town.

Great stay, personal greeter met me as agreed right on time, got checked in no trouble. Super easy checkout. Nat was friendly and quick to respond to all my questions. No casino in the hotel, so it was a nice quiet place to get away from the flashing lights and dings for a bit. Huge mall right across the street for more shopping than you can shake a stick at. Wynn and Encore just a short walk away (0.25mile maybe? Distance is tricky in the desert). Quick Uber ride to Chinatown for delicious sushi!

I don't know where to start with this place! Should I begin with Kevin, the check-in greeter, or the layout and view of the strip? It's OK. I'll do them all and everything in between :) We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It's considered a condominium, looks and feels like a hotel, but acts as a studio apartment. Whatever you decide to call it, it was beautiful. The floor to ceiling windows gave a beautiful view of the city below and an eye to eye view of some of the most prestigious hotels on the strip. The strip at night is incomparable to anything I've ever seen! Communication with both Nat and Kevin were seamless and prompt. They made sure we were OK every step of the way. We communicated flight schedules, arrival and check out times effectively and prior to stay. Nat shared detailed instructions for us regarding fees, meeting places, and specific notes about the distinction between the hotel and her condo within the Trump International. She was very clear on expectations, which was very appreciated. We paid less to stay in her unit than the actual hotel that charges for pool and gym access. That's the benefit of staying with these types of units on Airbnb. Kevin was awesome. He was waiting for us in the exact meeting place as described by Nat and immediately showed us the room. He was personable, accurate, efficient, and fast. He shared everything we needed to know without being overbearing. We will definitely stay here again without hesitation. Superhost to the max! This place stays booked and with reason. I have no idea how I was able to reserve for the exact time I needed. I guess it was meant to be :) Don't ever change. Your operation here is flawless! This place is a great if you don't mind being a short walk from the Stip. Check in was easy, just follow the clear instructions. It was clean and had a beautiful deep soaking jet tub that I tool full advantage of. We were able to check in a few hours early, and check out late which was awesome! I'd definitely stay here again, the view is amazing!

What is there to say? This is Trump Tower. The room is as dazzling as it is spacious, the amenities are terrific, and everything has been determined down to the finest detail to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as it can be. For me, it was also a plus that this hotel did not have a casino: meaning that at the end of the night you can rest well with peace and quiet rather than boisterous and rowdy casino goers coming and going at all hours at night. In addition, the hotel is a stone throw from the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. There is no way your stay can go wrong, particularly when you're in touch with Nat, who is a kind, gracious, attentive host. Messages sent are responded to within minutes, and although you initially suspect that there must be an automatic robot responding to your messages, yet in reality that's simply Nat being swift and attentive. Five stars is too low to give a place like this, especially for the price, which is perhaps one of the best deals you'll get on the strip. Don't hesitate to book with Nat, on this property or any other one.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Vegas then honestly look no further! Nat and her team are incredible - they are so helpful, check in was super easy & went smoothly, the room has fantastic views of the strip & Vegas & it is clean, spacious & comfortable. There were three of us so we used the sofa bed as well which was also comfortable! The kitchen space is a lot bigger than expected too. I’m not really sure why anyone would think it is further away from the strip - we LOVED the location more than anything. It is down the same end of the strip as the Venetian (about 100 metres off the strip in a side street which makes it way less chaotic to drive in and out of for starters) - it’s a really nice walk along the strip with plenty of places to eat a drink along the way. The location to us was excellent and we slept extremely well! We also loved that it didn’t have a casino downstairs - so we could escape the craziness of Vegas but still remain a part of it at the same time. Honestly, we couldn’t fault our experience. Coming from Australia, it was really nice to be in good hands and not have to worry about anything whilst in Vegas, it made our experience so lovely! Thanks so much Nat, we will definitely be recommending to everyone & will certainly stay again whenever we are next in Vegas :)

Very happy that I booked Nat's place. Access to the Trump location and amenities without dealing with the hotel and resort fees was awesome! Communication was super clear and quick, and Kevin, Nat's friend was great. The soaking tub was wonderful, and I really appreciated being able to use the microwave, fridge and sink, as we were staying for almost a week for work. We even were allowed some extra time for late check out when our shuttle came a little after 10am, which was very appreciated by us. Would book again!

I had a fantastic stay at Nat’s place. Everything was exactly as described (or even better). The view of the Strip is simply breathtaking. The condo is very beautiful and luxurious and has all the amenities you could ask for. The location is great, right next to the Fashion Show Mall and just a short 6-7 minute walk to the Strip. Nat’s place is just like a regular hotel room, got all the amenities you expected in a hotel, clean and tidy, with plenty of towels provided. Personal check in with a greeter avoids the long queue at the lobby, and the free valet parking service is a huge plus, as most of the resort in Vegas now charging an enormous amount for parking. Location wise, it’s a bit away from the actions, which takes abt 15-20mins walk to the epic centre of the strip. All in all, it was a gorgeous stay.

Hey, you - yes you! Stop looking and book this place. Best airbnb we have stayed in in our 6 weeks in the US and Canada. Location is perfect! Just off the strip(literally -you are so close that you can see the Bellagio Fountain show at night when it goes right from your room window) so you are slightly away from the hustle and bustle - this is a non-gaming building so it is a nice break from the pokie machins being shoved in your face constantly. Sparkling clean with every amenity you could want for. Comfy King bed. Incredible view (45th floor) right up the strip. and don't get me started on the beautiful marble bathroom! Double vanity, spa bath, shower and toilet with partitions from rest of bathroom. The shower would probably fit 15 people in it if you tried. The room is larger than the description leads you to believe and 4 people could happily fit in here.

What an amazing place to stay. The area is awesome, you are right next to the best mall on the strip in my opinion, but it is on the other side so super quiet and convenient. The hotel is amazing and absolutely beautiful. The room is outstanding, the views need to be seen, just incredible I couldn’t stop taking pictures. The bathroom has a cool spa bath and a massive walk in shower that is fantastic. I spent a week and could have stayed a month without any issues. I really loved my stay.

The stay in Nat’s place was very nice. The only issue we had was the lack of blankets/comforters provided for the pullout couch and the king bed linen was basically a sheet. They explained that this was normal due to Las Vegas temps, but in December it was quite chilly. Overall a nice place & great communication.

This was the perfect place for a getaway. Location is great, literally across the street from the mall and the view is great at night. This is our 5th time in Las Vegas, and this is the best place we've stayed at. The location is perfect and its proximity to the mall is nice when it was raining, because all we had to do was cross the street! The bed is nice and comfortable and the jacuzzi is large enough to be your own swimming pool. :) The hotel staff is friendly and the valet parking is a huge convenience. Nat responded promptly to all my questions and I couldn't ask for anything more. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Vegas.

If you need to shop there’s a big mall right across the building. The view of the strip is fantastic from the room (45th flr). The kids enjoyed swimming at the heated pool. F...ing Awesome! This was my first Air Bnb and the experience was great. I think we saved a lot of money though it's hard to compare with all the hidden fees of most resorts in Vegas. Either way it was great knowing we had only one set fee. Also it was weird having to make sure we didn't ask the maids or staff for aNything . Also, I didn't see the email that said there was a different point of entry contact then was a originally posted . Nat didn't answer or have a voicemail . However the surprised point of entry person contact did scramble and meet us in the lobby in a timely manner. From, there it was on. My wife hates Trump and didn't Like my choice But softened after seeing the room and the large jacuzzi tub. The view is spectacular , and it's close enough to everything. We walked the area including The Venetian , TI, and the Fashion mall. Cabbed it everywhere else as they never insisted on a car seat for young son as Uber did. Vegas rocks and The Trump is a great place to stay even without a casiNo. You can't go wrong with this suite.

Nat’s place is spectacular! It is an apartment unit in Trump hotel (which is very poshy in itself) - the unit is in the high floor hence a fantastic view of Vegas. Everything is super elegant; a little but fully equipped kitchen, the most comfortable bed, and the bathroom is beyond words! We indeed have had a fantastic time at the apartment. The room has changed its keycard lock one day and Nats promptly provided a new set of keycards, communicated to us via WhatsApp, and also cleaned the room for us - indeed a delightful surprise. All in all - excellent stay and I’ll definitely recommend this place to everyone and I myself will certainly stay here again if return to Vegas.

They were professional, friendly, and hilarious. Although we didn’t need any help during our stay and/or have any issues, we had the ability to contact Nat and William 24/7. Additionally, Nat texted us during key points of our trip, such as check-in, check-out and once to ensure everything was going smoothly. The email instructions we were sent were very detailed and straight to the point, which we always appreciate. We were able to enjoy the amenities of a nice hotel, skip the long check-in/out lines, and have excellent customer service all without the hefty price tag. Beautiful view from the studio, amazing swimming pool. I felt comfortable during my stay and I would recommend Nat’s studio.

Nat's place was better than I expected. The hotel is literally across a mall! Not only is the location great, the building is elegant, modern, and always greeted by friendly staff. The room itself is clean, modern, and very well maintained. Not only was Nat's place better than I expected, he is really great. Great communication from the very beginning to end. Definitely recommend!

Nat's flat in the Fashion Street was the best in our journey. It was a great, clean, very convenience and great location, close to the strip. I'll recommend this place.

Nat was a great host and made check-in a breeze. We were on one of the top floors of one of the tallest most beautiful buildings in Las Vegas. We had easy access to the pool and the restaurants downstairs were scrumptious. The tub was big enough for two and the bed soft and comfortable too.

Great place for people visiting Vegas! Place is big enough for 3 adults. Clean, with plenty of amenities. Connected to a hotel so there is a different process for checking in but worth the extra effort.
