The moving walkway takes 2 minutes to get to the hippest casino-hotel in Vegas. This 4 diamond luxury condo-resort's spacious long studio room has the most complete and desired full strip/city view from the balcony, and a jacuzzi tub. Many celebrities like Floyd Mayweather and Nicholas Cage live and own in this building. I am a SuperHost and you can read my other places’ reviews, so rest assured you’ll get top-notch service.
The space
Spacious long studio with modern stainless steel equipped kitchenette, small refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, balcony, and marble bathroom with jacuzzi tub. This 615 square feet studio + balcony is 1 big room sleeping at least 2 people comfortably on the California King-sized bed, 2 more people on the double sized pull-out sofabed, 1 more shorter adult on the sofabed's attached L shaped side section/chaise and 2 more people on the rollaway bed.Guest access
All amenities of this residential building and adjoining casino-hotel included, the same as if you were guests of the hotel for all 3 pools (2 at the Casino-Hotel and 1 at your Residence-Hotel), all 3 hot tubs (2 at the Casino-Hotel and 1 at your Residence-Hotel), both gyms and complimentary access to the DayClub & Nightclub for you and a guest by showing your room key at the front of the line before 12.Interaction with guests
You will not see me, other than at check-in. If you need anything, do Not bother the front desk. Text and call the number sent in your official Airbnb website message thread inbox, and someone will be sent immediately to take care of the issue. Unfortunately, due to the design of the wifi network and building's restrictions, only one device can be on the Wi-Fi during your stay. The connection is fast enough for email and still photos but not video. Do not charge anything to the room. Anything charged to the room will be passed on to you through Airbnb plus a $40 service fee/item. There is an icemaker, 2 burner stovetop, and microwave oven, but no conventional/convection oven. When all beds in open position, there's little room to walk around.Amenities availability and reduction are weather, government, health, building, safety, occupancy and fire codes, statutes, rules, orders, bylaws and laws permitting.

Report any issues to the host first and immediately in writing by text and give us an opportunity to resolve it first. You can't reasonably hold us responsible for something that you did not inform us of and give us a chance to correct. If you have any questions, comments or concerns during your stay, text and call Host immediately and repeatedly 24 hours/day.
If you have ever been or are also a host or in the process of creating a listing, you're not allowed to book this.
Do Not charge anything to the room. Each charge to the room is a rule violation. Each unpaid room charge is also another separate rule violation.
You are required to have already fully read, understand, and agree to all listing details and messages sent to you, and affirmatively confirm such. If you can not read English well, you are required to get it translated. If at any point it seems like you did not read, understand or remember any part of that or have an inaccurate expectation, host reserves the right to cancel.

Room is in same building as a hotel with added advantages like access to balcony. Parking is convenient. The strip is a short cab ride away.

Cool place. Nice views. Off the strip, but priced accordingly. Free parking and no resort fee was a major plus. All in all, a great experience.

It’s a beautiful room with a great view & even better at night. it’s about a $8 uber to the strip but it’s in a very convenient location.
