Frank Sinatra's preserved penthouse you can call your own personal getaway. Enter our residential building from inside Casino in the heart of the Las Vegas strip.. a tasteful, beautiful feeling, hotspot location with tons of amenities.

The space

The only 3 bedroom apartment on the Las Vegas strip! Skip the hotel and make yourself at home in this spacious condo. Sleeps 12 adults. One big double bed in each room, and in the living room, a fold-flat European style futon beds and a fold-out Ottoman bed.

Full apartment with living room, and full kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

This apartment is not in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. It is attached to the Cosmopolitan Casino complex by elevator to the residential part, Jockey Club Ascot Tower. An apartment with this many bedrooms in the Hotel (if it even existed) would cost thousands per night.

This will not be the same quality as staying in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. People who book this are looking for space/large number of private bedrooms with a great location and not the modern luxury look and feel. Furnishings have recently been upgraded to Mark David designer furniture.

Guest access

Direct access to Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino amenities: 2 pools, including Cosmopolitan Hotel Chelsea tower Pool, 24 hour gym, the only 24 hour hot tub on the tourist part of the strip, BBQ grills, free Cosmopolitan Valet, parking included in the Cosmopolitan garage (do not park in reserved area). Can provide guest list to night clubs, information about restaurants/night clubs and VIP bottle service.

Interaction with guests

We will help you check-in; otherwise, unless there are problems, we will leave you alone to enjoy the apartment.

Other things to note

There is no view of anything, except the Cosmopolitan Hotel's wall. It is inside a well lived in older building built in the 1970's which was Frank Sinatra's home in The September Of His Years, while he was the in-residence performer every night at Caesars' Palace across the street. In any other city I wouldn't even bring this up because a building built in the 1970's would be considered new, especially if you're from the east coast. But in Vegas this is considered a bit dated, especially in comparison to all the extravagant and new luxury casinos attached to and neighboring it.
This is Not a luxury property. If that is important to you, do not book this.

Nathaniel greeted us at the cosmopolitan and showed us how to get to the room and in the room. The hotel room was exactly as described in the description. Nathaniel is a great host always a phone call away to help if needed. The room is very nice very clean. Couple of little things need fixing but nothing major. If you want location in Vegas for a great price thus is the place to stay I would def stay again.

Our host Nathaniel was great , he was very welcoming , always available , and a fountain of information . The location is perfect , right-in between the Ballagio and the Cosmo . The penthouse has plenty of space , the only thing needed , was a touch-up with the decor , but that would definately not put us off booking again , or recommending it to family and friends .

Nathan's place is great and spacious. Awesome location on the middle of the strip. Christina was there to greet us right on time for check-in and check-out was easy. Would definitely recommend for a group of 8 - 10 people looking to stay in one spot near the middle of the strip. Christina was quick to respond with any questions we had while staying here. Nathaniel was very willing to answer questions prior to our arrival. The location is EXCELLENT! And for the price you can't beat it. I came with my family but could certainly see this as a couples getaway, girls'/guys' weekend.

Condo is as listed. Rooms are nice and there's plenty of bedding. The kitchen was handy with plenty of dishes and other utensils. Plenty of room for the 5 people in our party and easily enough room for more. Nathan and his crew were very helpful whenever we contacted them. They made sure we had everything we needed. This room was awesome. It was hidden in between The Cosmopolitan and The Bellagio. 24 hour pool , gym, and jacuzzi . Easy access to the strip, and access to Cosmopolitan amenities . I would gladly recommend this to anyone .

I chose this accommodation as a girlfriends weekend for my birthday. We were all very pleased with the space, easily fitting the 6 of us. Tony met us to guide us to the apartment; he was very nice. Nathaniel kept in touch with us if we needed anything. The couch was so comfy that on the first night one room was left empty because two of us slept on the couch. The location is soooo convenient! Overall, this place was perfect for us, and I'd definitely choose the place again for my vacation in Vegas.

The penthouse was exactly what I expected it to be, consistency between the listing and the location was spot on. The girls weren't sure what to expect in the way of amenities - make sure to bring your own hair dryer, toiletries, etc. Plenty of blankets and towels though. Communication with our hosts was excellent. We were able to get into all the pools and hot tub areas just fine. The beds are on the small side but let's be honest, how much sleeping are you going to be doing? And the VIP lists were much appreciated. Had a blast, thanks for the hospitality!

Room is a bit dated but exactly as described. There are plenty of places to sleep with abundant towels and sheets. The location is superb as it is in the middle of strip. The pool and hot tub at the Jockey Club are very nice and quiet. Communication with the host was very good and questions were answered promptly. They also checked in periodically to make sure we were happy. If you are looking for a roomy place to sleep in Tomorrow a great location, this is the place.

Nat has such a great suite in the most prime location on the strip! We had a group come to Vegas and he was very helpful every step of the way. Place was very clean and had a LOT of extra pillows, towels, and whatever you need in the kitchen! Fully equipped kitchen was a great addition rather than getting a normal hotel room. I highly recommend this suite!

The listing was exactly as expected and shown in the pictures. My friends and I had a great time and it was spacious enough for all 6 of us. It was not hard to find and was easy to get to the cosmo from the room.

The description of the place is very accurate. It is a spacious and clean place, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were six people and the space was enough to be comfortable. Of course the kitchen space is small, but enough to cook. Besides, the location is perfect, attached to The Cosmopolitan, and right next to the Bellagio and the Caesars. And it's true you can use the rooftop pool of the Cosmopolitan.

Nat was a great host and was available for any problems seemingly all night (we got in pretty late and he still answered his phone around 1 am PST). The penthouse was very clean and nice. Mirrors literally everywhere. Lighting in the rooms was a little low since they were all lit by lamps rather than overhead ceiling lights, but there were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc. Don't forget to bring your own toiletries because those are not included like a standard hotel. You couldn't beat the location though, right behind the Cosmopolitan and you can use all the Cosmo amenities. The Jockey Club is attached to the Cosmo by an elevator and their pool is open 24/7 unlike the Cosmo's. Great location, decent price for a weekend in the middle of summer and a nice room.

We had a great time in this condo. There were 3 couples, so there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and a living area to hang out. The location is awesome because you're basically on the strip. The furniture and condo is slightly outdated, but absolutely worth it for the location and proximity to everything. Highly recommended. An ideal location and lodging scenario for my business group. The start of our stay was a little rocky, but Nat's recovery couldn't have been better. We had a delightful 3-night stay in a virtually pristine condo that perfectly suited our purposes. We quickly learned the Jockey Club shortcuts, and the comfort and convenience couldn't be beat. I'd look forward to a return.

The condo's location was fantastic, right in the middle of the strip just next to the Cosmopolitan. The JockeyClub is perfectly located in between the Cosmo and Bellagio - great to walk around best part of the Vegas Strip with no cabs needed. Nat was readily available to assist during check-in. No window views, but not in Vegas to look out the windows. We were able to take advantage of the shuttles our convention provided at the Cosmo - worked out amazingly.

Nat was a great host and was very attentive to any needs. He was also proactive by reaching out before my visit and after. The condo was exactly as expected. There were 3 of us going for a trade show (5 nights) and Nat's 3 bedroom condo was very practical for us. Don't expect the 'lap of luxury' as the reviews are accurate in stating that it is out-dated... BUT most importantly, it is clean, comfortable and in a great location. For the price it was really perfect for us and I'd do it again!

The room was fantastic! Exactly as described in pictures. I traveled to Vegas for a friend's birthday. There were 4 of us, and we were very happy to have obtained this room. It was exceptionally clean, and the building was attached right to the Cosmopolitan hotel/casino RIGHT on the strip. You could not ask for a better price for the location! Check-in was super easy, and Nat was a wonderful host. Easy to get in touch with and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

I just wanted to echo what others have said. The check in could not have been smoother. Nat checked in with me shortly after we settled in to make sure all was well. The location is excellent, and everything else is pretty much as advertised. To be clear, there are no views from the apartment. The only hiccup was that the outside TV was disconnected both from power & cable. Strangely, in various drawers we found the proper cables to get it hooked back up again. Everything else was great! Very much appreciated the laundry facility down the hall too. A great value for a great location.

What a wonderful first experience with Airbnb. Nat was fantastic. I was a little nervous about this experience, but Nat was helpful and patient throughout the whole experience. The place was just as advertised and it was perfect for our party of six. It was spacious and comfortable, good space to be together and plenty of space to have privacy as well. The absolute best part is the location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. It was a perfect location. Nat gave us a very helpful recommendation for a special dinner. The property location was absolutely ideal if you like being in the heart of the Strip! We had friends staying at Planet Hollywood, Paris and Flamingo and we were all able to meet up very easily. In fact my group thought the our location and unit was so good, that they plan on using it themselves the next time they come visit Vegas.

I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive Nat was to our concerns and issues, even at late night!! Location was right on the strip, very next to bellagio. How I wish I could get a view of the strip from the penthouse, that is the only thing I could ask for. Other than that everything else was flawless, other than some initial confusion at the security regarding my reservation.

Just to mimic what everyone else has experienced, Nat was an amazing host. I was slightly skeptic as this was my first time using airbnb but Nat assisted and assured me every step of the way. The penthouse is exactly as advertised and a fantastic location, definitely made getting around Vegas a breeze. Nat checked in with us a few times while in Vegas to reassure everything was okay. Overall the experience was one to not forget. During a crazy weekend like New Years weekend Nat was able to provide excellent customer service. There was a few issues during check in but that was in no way the fault of Nat. The location itself should be the selling point but the 3 rooms along with a living room and full kitchen was really the selling point during my trip. Although the furniture and appliances were somewhat outdated compared to the more modern furniture of other Vegas hotels the entire trip was worth the money staying at Nats

Wonderful centrally located apartment. A nice quiet spot right on The Strip. It can be a little hard to find the first time but Nat is super helpful and responseful in making sure you settle in and enjoy your stay. There's no views of the Strip but who just looks at Vegas from their room? Get out there and have fun! 10/10 would highly recommend.

Nat's place was exactly what we expected and more. It was perfect for a nice well rested place. The place was impeccable! Nice old decor and still was neat and luxurious. At first was confusing but once everything fell into place, it was perfect. I would stay here forever. Location was great; it was the center of everything. The amenities were perfect and well beyond because if the jockey didn't have what you needed the cosmopolitan's amenities were included with the stay!! This was great for a couple of my friends and myself. The rooms were very spacious and even the common areas. Nat was a great host! He was very courteous, kind, and always made sure we had what we needed. He was always there and at the same time gave us our space. This was a good listing and you should deff try staying here with a good group for the perfect getaway to Vegas! I would so stay here again!

Nat was an awesome host. He made sure that all of our needs were met, and was able to accommodate us even though we were a little bit late. I really loved the historical aspect of the listing and how everything ( seemed to be just as it was when Frank was there! Not to say there weren't some new amenities, but I really appreciated seeing somethings that reminded me of times past. Beautiful listing, and he gave fantastic directions on how to get there. I would definitely recommend staying here or at one of Nat's other properties again.

Nat and his beautiful home were the reasons this trip was so amazing. He was so friendly from the second we made our reservation to way after we checked out. Always asking if we needed anything and if we were enjoying ourselves. The condo was incredibly spacious, clean and perfectly decorated for the Vegas feel. Both the Jockey Club and the Cosmopolitan pools were beautiful and so relaxing. Never again will I stay anywhere else in Vegas as long as one of his properties is available! I had a great overall stay at Nat's apartment on the Las Vegas strip. The listing was accurate as a non-luxury alternative to staying in a hotel. There was a minor issue that Nat went above and beyond to remedy. Nat was very cordial, attentive, and timely in his correspondence. The penthouse sinatra was the perfect fit for us. My friend and I (11 people) came to Vegas to party. The penthouse was really confortable for all of us. Very clean! Nat was quick to respond (like scary quick) and was well spoken and detailed. I was provided clear instructions on how to get to the location through the Cosmopolitan Casino. The place was amazing and would be PERFECT for friends or couples traveling, bachelor/bachelorette party and so on. It was clean and so comfortable and just cool! Pros about this place: Can fit A LOT of people. You walk through the Cosmopolitan to get there. So you are actually staying on the strip! Three private bedrooms with dressers with storage and beds big enough for two. Kitchen stocked with basic dishes and cookware and appliances so cooking is easy. Two bathrooms both with showers (great for large groups). And one shower also has a jet tub. Plenty of extra pillows, towels, blankets. Large comfortable couch in living room area with a tv. Quiet and secluded corner unit behind casino. No road noise. I will certainly be staying here again!

Nat made us feel very welcome throughout our entire renting process. He made sure the apartment was cleaned and ready with fresh linens on the beds and plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets available for our use. He gave us explicit directions for our parking, apartment location, and checking in/out. He made it very clear that there was no view out the windows and we were fine with this. The size of the apartment accommodated our party of 10 very well. We had a very positive experience and would recommend renting this apartment if you ever need a spacious place to stay in Vegas.

Absolutely perfect location for those looking to stay on the strip, but not pay the prices of the luxury hotels. Although this unit is not as updated and luxurious as a hotel, it comfortably sleeps 7 people (bed and futon in each bedroom + main couch). The unit also has a full kitchen and a living area with TV and L-Couch. The best part is that this unit is connected to the Cosmopolitan, so you have access to all those amenities, without the price. Really enjoyed out stay.

Exactly what people are saying - great location (next to cosmopolitan), tons of space (fit my group of 8 very comfortably), not lavish but perfect for a large group. And it was nice to have a small kitchen. The check-directions are confusing though as it makes you walk through the whole cosmopolitan hotel through several elevators to get to the condo. It's much easier to just get dropped off at the Jockey Club valet as you can take those elevators directly to the penthouse. I would echo that communication through airbnb with the host was confusing as it seems like it's a separate company managing the account and not Nat. Other than that - it was great value and location! would definitely recommend for large groups

Nat was wonderful. He was quick to reply to any questions, and even dropped off more tp for us during our stay! The suite was exactly as described, and perfect for my sister's bachelorette. And with so many mirrors everywhere, the 7 of us had no problem getting ready to go out on the town. The pool at the Jockey Club is fairly shaded most of the day, but with access to the Chelsea Pool at Cosmo it was a non-issue. Would definitely recommend staying here, center strip location was great for getting around, and Nat was a wonderful host.

The Frank Sinatra Suite is perfectly described in the listing. It is located right behind the Cosmo, with direct access to Cosmo pools, casinos, restaurants, etc. You can walk out of The Jockey Club door and be on the strip within a minute of walking. There is no view from the suite and it is a little dated, but it has 3 beds with foutons in each room, and a large comfortable couch. It easily slept 8 on my trip and we had room for more. Two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. I'd stay again for sure.

It was a family friendly apartment in the middle of the strip with a full kitchen and common grounds with bbque grills and quiet pool. Considering how loud Las Vegas gets, it was nice having a quiet space. The apartment and grounds are dated which was communicated. Just over look that and you will be fine. This place is in the perfect central location for any shenanigans you would want to get into on the strip! The size description and photos are spot on with how the apartment looks. Slept and had space for 9 girls to get ready and hang out for a bachelorette weekend. Nat was also very responsive to all of my questions. And there is free popcorn in the lobby! HOWEVER... This is not Nat's fault, but the women working the concierge desk were incredibly rude to us. Also, the club promoter that we were put in touch with through Nat, Roman, was zero help and didn't put us on the lists he said he would. He also asked for a tip almost immediately after being contacted by me, before we even used his 'services'. Find a more credible source.

First of all, the location was amazing. As a first time visitor, I was thrilled to have the fountains of Bellagio right next door! Nat's instructions for getting access to the parking and the apartment are thorough and I did not need to contact him for any clarification. The Apartment itself was clean, spacious and provided all the amenities we could have asked for. Along with Nat, the staff in the building was very courteous and helpful as well. Some travelers who had never been to this country before needed help with the amenities when I wasn't around, and the building maintenance was there to assist. The security also made sure to alert us when they saw the front door to the apartment was not completely locked. Inside the kitchen, there were more than sufficient plates and cookware to prepare food for the picky eaters in our party. The wifi in the apartment was great to have for sharing the pictures and videos from the trip. All in all, This listing is not to be missed! And one last thing, don't forget your swim shorts when you go!

Fantastic location at a reasonable price! Right in the heart of the strip, connected to the Cosmo, seriously can't get a hotel that cheap. It's definitely your cheesy old Vegas feel, but the mirrors everywhere made it so easy for that many girls to get ready! I've been to Vegas dozens of times and I will now always look at the option to stay at the jockey club. It's not fancy or upscale but it was spacious and quality for half the price of a normal Vegas hotel room. Being able to acquire a place for 10 people in Vegas is very rare and difficult so this was a dream. The bachelor party wouldn't have been the same without this Airbnb. I would highly recommend this to anyone. They allowed me to check in 4 hours early. Also despite the reviews I read, they do have a bellman and will hold your bags if needed.

The location was great and a good central location on the strip between the Bellagio and the Monte Carlo. The free undercover parking was very welcome. The apartment was clean. We were able to use the pool at the Cosmopolitan so that was great. The directions were overly complicated but we did eventually find the apartment. We were aware that this was an older property however there were a couple of things that weren't up to the standard of the price we were charged to stay here. One of the lamps in the master bedroom wasn't working which made that room quite dark; neither of the power points in the ensuite worked; and there were no towel rails in the ensuite either which meant you could only hang your towel on the basin or on the back of a chair. It would have been so easy if they had a put a hook behind the door. The dishwasher also hadn't been emptied when we arrived. I could have contacted the host and mentioned the above but, when you arrive in an AirBnb, you shouldn't have to and we were very eager to explore Las Vegas instead.

If you want value in Vegas, this is the place to go. We had 3 couples split the 3 bedroom condo and it was perfect. The place is as advertised, a little older, but who cares? Stay here and save your money for all other things Vegas offers. All the amenities of the cosmopolitan are included and it’s right in the middle of the strip. Definitely stay here again. That is if I ever come back to Vegas...my body is killing me a week later.

Nat's place is in the perfect location on the strip for a large group of 6 - 10 people. We walked through the Bellagio next door to the Caesar's Shops easily. There were plenty of towels, sheets and extra blankets. The living area is a bit small and without a dining area but the master is huge and has a dining table. My buddies and I went to celebrate a 30th birthday in vegas. This place was in PRIME location! Exactly what we wanted! Attached to the Cosmopolitan which was awesome and very convenient for us. Great space even for a bunch of ex-football players. Awesome location, fantastic host who communicated with us the entire time and even gave us suggestions on activities, overall a great spacious area a fraction of the cost of any of the hotels on the strip! 5 Stars!

I must say, the size and location of Nat's condo could not be beat. It is a bit worn/dated, as noted several times in the listing, but the group didn't care. We wanted a large place with a common area on the strip and this met the criteria. The location was FANTASTIC. Did not have to Uber at all. The space was large enough for us 5 guys. Could have had a 6th and would have been fine. 2 bathrooms helped out a lot.

Fantastic location only five minutes walk from the strip (next door from the Bellagio) Great retro style penthouse- the lack of view wasn't an issue for us. Nat was a great host - we messaged him as we needed a few coffee cups and he delivered them personally within 30 minutes! If you want to spend $4500+ for a 3 bed room on the strip for three nights go ahead if not book Nat's place.

Nat’s place is great. You will get your money’s worth here. It’s centralized and walking distance or short Uber ride to anywhere. For a big group you would save a lot of money staying here rather than at a hotel and having to split in multiple rooms. Being able to share some amenities with the Cosmopolitan hotel is great as well. We felt like we were part of the Cosmo without paying the full price for the experience. Would love to come back here again

Be aware you have no views of Vegas. But in terms of value and location, if you have two other people or couples you’re traveling with, this is an incredible place to find in Vegas. To be able to have three private bedrooms, parking, pool, gym... it’s quite the place. It’s hidden in a building almost inside of the Cosmopolitan and beside the Bellagio. It feels like you’re in some kind of secret club, which is pretty interesting. Also, really love that they include fans and heaters. I wish more AirBnBs included things like that. I was surprised they don’t include a hairdryer to use, though. With everything else included it seemed like a no brainer, but oh well... it’s still a pretty remarkable place if You’re looking for high value in Vegas!

This was the perfect location for us, right behind cosmopolitan (attached to it). Though it was hard to put this as pickup location in uber/lyft, it was 2 mins walk to cosmopolitan pickup area. This is a great place if you want to spend time on strip. Nat was also super active in responding to messages and always ready to help out. We got unlucky during our stay due to heat wave as the apartment got pretty hot (being on top floor) and so the cooling wasn’t too effective. Though I don’t think this would be a problem in normal weather conditions.

This place is in the best location! Furniture and place is dated but for the location it can’t be beat. Rooms were good size! One thing to note, if staying for only one (1) night, you won’t be able to use the Cosmos Chelsea pool. (Had to learn hard way, biggest bummer.) everything else was great, no issues checking in, checking out. Had one issue of keycards not working to open door but easily fixed by going back down to lobby and getting new ones. Thanks Nat, we had such a great time here! If you’re considering this place, DO IT. So worth having a place on strip, and so convenient!

The condo is a good value to stay on the strip. It is pretty much exactly as described, very convenient to walk Accross to the Bellagio for the fountain and other casinos. Access is s little complicated but we were able to follow exact directions from the host with no problems.

We were six people and looking for an accommodation, which could fit us all so, the apartment was perfect for us. It could even accommodate more people since the couch is huge. It was as described nice, spacious and neat. The residence is located next to the Cosmopolitan hotel, which means it is right at the Strip, so the location is awesome. Due to the connection to the Cosmopolitan we were able to use the amenities of the hotel like the pool or the gym!

Hands down the best value in Vegas! I was a bit nervous thinking the deal sounded a bit too good to be true: staying in the apartment has all the benefits of staying in the Cosmopolitan (but at a fraction of the cost), it's in the middle of the strip, it's spacious, comfortable and clean. But I breathed a huge sigh of relief as soon as we checked in - there wasn't a catch. Just really good value! Highlight of the trip for me was spending every day at the Cosmopolitan pool parties :) A couple of tips: it can be a little confusing finding the place so make sure you're in contact with the host before you arrive! Also, there wasn't any cleaning equipment (sponges, mops, detergent etc) so bring your own, unless you don't mind having a sticky floor from all the alcohol you may spill when pre-gaming ;)

We had a fantastic time staying here at the Jockey Club. The price is absolutely unbeatable for being located right in the middle of the strip. It's all about location and this place is perfect. The rooms are spacious and the master is huuuge complete with a nice jacuzzi bathtub as well. Accessing the Cosmopolitan was very simple, only a minute walk away from the elevators. We also made great use of the access to the bamboo pool at the Cosmopolitan. The host Nathaniel was very helpful and was easily accessible over the phone. I would definitely come back for another stay. For anyone bringing a larger party to Vegas, I recommend this spot 100%.

The host's assistant was very accommodating and pleasant. We were showed to the room and the key was handed over. No hassle. The penthouse reasonably fit 7 adults and 2 children. Kitchenware ranging from cups, bowls, utensils to pots if you want to do a home cooked meal. Walgreens is a 8 min walk across the sky bridge. Convenient location and good for the price.

What a fantastic apartment! Brilliantly located right on the strip with everything close by. I don't think that you could possibly get any closer - easy walking distance to loads of hotels, restaurants and bars....... The apartment was great with plenty of space in the three bedrooms - we didn't use the kitchen other than to store water in the fridge. This is a great place to stay if you want to visit Las Vegas - incredible value and a superb location. Nathaniel was very easy to deal with and very welcoming giveing us lots of relevant information.

Great location in the middle of The Strip. Inside the Jockey Club attached to the Cosmo, it's easy to access from inside the hotel and has it's own front desk/security staff. You also get access to one of the upstairs swimming pools. The unit itself is a little older, but doesn't show any wear and tear. It's clean, spacious, and comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here.
